I must say for the time that they've been in business it is a very small office very hard to park. Easy to find put the customer service is very dull dry. They truly have no customer service it's all about getting to the point and get out it's very uncomfortable. Especially when they're out there just watching what you're doing.

Absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever contacted ! I would not recommend this law firm to my worste enemy nor any human being out there ! If you’re looking for real help and a good lawyer PLEASE DO NOT use this guy. Hope this helps someone choose wisely before they encounter the same rude unprofessional treatment I did ! God Bless

I called this law firm and I spoke to a female (unknown name or title) who kept cutting me off mid sentence . She seemed extremely impatient, and I didn’t even get a chance to explain the basic situation. I cannot understand why customers have to deal with staff crew like this. The fact that the law firm tolerates someone who lacks basic courtesy and professionalism makes me seriously doubt their overall competence.

2025 Update (adding 3 stars): a few months ago I got a call from the law office saying that new laws have allowed them to increase the amount of garnished wages from the evicted and they were finally able to track her place of employment down and get a judgement to garnish her checks. I’m surprised they even had my case on their radar in 2025, nearly 3 years later. The fact that the evicted tenant thought she got away with it and now has been tracked down and wages garnished is music to my ears. ********** Previous Review: Without going into the details of the case, I’m just going to focus on my interactions with this law office. Like others have mentioned, I had to repeat the details on my case multiple times prior to court because there seems to be no record keeping. On my court day, Mr. Silverstein showed up incredibly late. I was a nervous wreck since this was my first time having to go through anything like this, and I had to call the law office to see if he was even coming. He showed up just as the doors to the courtroom opened so I did not have a chance to review anything with him. There was a brief recess prior to the judge hearing my case, where he tried to propose a settlement with the tenant I was evicting without first consulting me. The tenant refused and he came to me and said she’s crazy… then he started to complain that we might be here all day and that he hasn’t eaten lunch. After 30 minutes of waiting, the tenant decided she was tired of waiting around and told him she accepted. He then came to me with what he had proposed to her. He had offered her that I would be liable to his fees in exchange for a set payment and move-out. I was worried that the money owed to me in the agreement would not be paid willingly and he told me not to worry and that he could garnish her wages if not. She stayed until the very last day of the agreement in May 2022. No surprise, she failed to pay and I provided the information needed to start collections July of 2022. His fee for collections is 40% of the garnished wages. Several months went by with no updates and several ignored emails. In December of 2022, I finally got an email back saying they weren’t sure where she worked (even though she still worked at the same place I had already told them) and that they were too busy and promised they would send the claim to court in January 2023. It’s now April of 2023 and I have not received any response from my emails. Even more troubling than the fact the evicted tenant stole thousands in unpaid rent, is the fact that Mr. Silverstein had the judge seal the case… meaning she got to live rent free for 4 months, while being an absolute nightmare, and that it had no impact to her since this law office has not done anything to try to report or collect the money owed. Meanwhile I still have nightmares about the entire thing.
