Despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending several emails, I eventually received a call—not from Kevin himself, but from another attorney at his firm—seeking clarification on the situation. During our earlier conversations, Kevin had indicated that he would assist me in restoring my gun rights, considering the previous charges. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication from him regarding this matter. When I finally spoke with another lawyer from his office, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $5,000 to initiate the process of restoring my gun rights—something that had never been communicated to me previously. I’m disappointed that Kevin did not reach out to explain this directly or provide any updates. A personal call or even a simple email would have gone a long way in maintaining transparency and trust. Now, I find myself having to pay another $5,000 for a service that I was led to believe was already included, or at least would be handled differently.
