I ordered consultation and cancelled 1 week before. Paralegal from their team called me after that to gather some info for consultation and I advised it was cancelled. I called there more than 5 times and each time they take a message and promise to look into it, email several times with the proof of the payment - crickets. It's been more than 6 months I'm trying to get refund, but no one cares. I don't believe it's done on purpose, rather a huge mess in the office. Considering that I wouldn't want to work with such office anyway when they loose information, don't follow up etc.

I've experienced some medical problems that prohibit me from paying the level of child support that I had been paying. My attorney there was able to help me with that. We got a modified child support agreement that enables me to pay a decreased amount in child support due to the fact that my medical problems no longer allow me to work the amount of hours I previously worked. Don't know what I would have done with out the help of the Divorce Lawyer.
