• I just want to take the time and give the firm a 5 stars review. My dad opened a case not too long ago, and he was very nervous about it, he only speaks Spanish and while I can translate for him I am not always around to help him out. He was extremely grateful when he got a call and was able to get a translator, he expressed gratitude saying Ms. Gabrielle was really friendly and patient with him, helping the attorney understand my father’s concerns, and helping my father understand the process of his case. Looking forward to keep working with this firm.
• If I could give Shane Smith Law more than 5 stars… I would. The team is truly the best. This is not a situation I ever thought I’d find myself in. Nonetheless, the entire team at Shane Smith was incredible. From my very first call with Shaye the Intake Specialist who was phenomenal, to then being connected with my amazing attorney Briana Cool and her team consisting of Lacey, Carrie, and Chloe, everyone was fantastic. I am lucky that Carrie was on the team, as she was beyond helpful during my recovery phase. The reason I chose Shane Smith Law after my accident was because they have a true process, a clear direction, and the experience possessed by their team is unmatched. I initially spoke with other groups in Charlotte and was quick to decide none of them came close to measuring up to Shane Smith Law. Communication is also very important to me. While you never truly know how service will be until you work with someone, I knew communication would not be an issue since they were the only group who actually articulated a clear and defined process for how everything works. Never putting the cart before the horse, and never making me feel like a number, always checking in on me during my recovery process, they knocked it out of the park. No matter how many questions or concerns I had, Briana and her team answered them. Having Briana on my side gave me piece of mind throughout the entire case. Shane Smith Law will work hard to help you recover from your accident first and foremost and do everything in their power to get you the most desirable outcome. My car was hit by a commercial truck on a highway in May of 2024. It could have easily resulted in death if it had gone another way, and I am lucky that it did not. I would hope nobody has to experience a brutal accident, but if they do, the smart thing is hiring Shane Smith Law so that you do not have to go it alone through the recovery process, and most certainly not alone up against an insurance company. • My experience with this law firm has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, there was a clear lack of communication. Calls and emails often went unanswered for days or even weeks, leaving me constantly in the dark about the status of my case. Professionalism was sorely lacking. I expected to work with a team that would advocate for me, guide me through the legal process, and handle my case with the seriousness it deserved. Instead, I was met with disorganization, indifference, and what felt like a complete lack of urgency. When it came to representation, I felt like I had no one truly fighting for me. There was minimal effort to build a strong case or explain important developments. It felt like I was just another file in a stack rather than a client in need of real support. Almost 2 years wasted, just to hear that they will withdraw from my case after switching between two lawyers and later finding out that the one that had supposedly “picked up our case” is no longer with them.. yet no communication.. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking competent, professional, and responsive legal representation. Your case deserves better. -5 stars if option was available..
• Shane Smith Law was willing to help me with my case when I realized my statute of limitations was just nine months away. I really appreciate them willing to help me now that I’ve learned. I have very limited time to settle with the insurance company of the person who messed up my life. I’ve been dealing with medical doctors and recuperating from surgeries for the last 2 1/2 years.
