Scunziano Nicholas P MD Introduce

For individuals in the Brooklyn, New York area seeking legal assistance from a "Nearby Lawyer," the name Scunziano Nicholas P MD appears with a listed address of 8304 13th Ave 2nd Fl, Brooklyn, NY 11228, USA. The provided contact numbers are (718) 491-3396 and the mobile number +1 718-491-3396. It is somewhat unusual to see the suffix "MD" associated with an attorney's name, as this typically denotes a medical doctor. This might suggest that Scunziano Nicholas P has dual qualifications or that there might be a misunderstanding in the provided information regarding the nature of the services offered.

Given the ambiguity of the professional designation, local users seeking legal counsel should exercise caution and verify the exact nature of services provided by Scunziano Nicholas P at this location. It is possible that the listing pertains to a legal practice, and the "MD" suffix requires clarification. If indeed offering legal services, Scunziano Nicholas P would be considered a "Nearby Lawyer" for residents of Brooklyn.

There is one customer review available for Scunziano Nicholas P MD. This review details a negative experience concerning unsolicited mail. The reviewer states that after resolving a foreclosure with their bank and retaining their house, they began receiving unwanted mail from this entity. The mailings were conspicuously marked "CONFIDENTIAL" and "DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED," yet the reviewer reports that the envelopes contained only a mass-produced letter offering unwarranted services and no actual "documents."

The reviewer further describes attempting to resolve this issue by calling the provided phone number three times to request removal from the mailing list. During the first two calls, the person who answered reportedly "took" the reviewer's information and assured them that their name and address would be deleted. However, the unwanted mailings continued, prompting a third call. In this subsequent call, when the reviewer again requested removal, the person on the other end allegedly agreed but then began to hang up abruptly. The reviewer had to interject with "Don't you want to know what address I'm talking about?" to ensure the correct address was flagged for removal.

This single review, while focused on a mailing issue rather than direct legal service, may offer some insight into the business practices and customer service approach associated with Scunziano Nicholas P MD. The persistence of unwanted mail despite repeated requests for removal, coupled with the alleged oversight in not initially confirming the address during the third call, could raise concerns about attention to detail and responsiveness to customer concerns.

Based solely on this review, it is challenging to accurately describe the environment of the office at 8304 13th Ave 2nd Fl. However, the experience with the unsolicited mail and the phone interactions might suggest a potentially disorganized or impersonal approach to certain aspects of communication and customer relations. Potential legal clients typically expect a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail, and the described mailing issue could be a point of concern.

The specific legal services, if any, offered by Scunziano Nicholas P MD are not mentioned in the review. If this is indeed a legal practice, the services could potentially span various areas of law relevant to the Brooklyn community. These might include real estate law (foreclosure-related services, given the context of the review), estate planning, business law, family law, or other areas of civil or criminal law. However, without explicit information, it remains speculative what legal expertise is offered.

Similarly, the features of this practice are difficult to ascertain from the available information. If Scunziano Nicholas P is an attorney, potential features might include their areas of specialization, years of experience, approach to client communication, fee structure, and success rates. However, the negative review regarding unsolicited mail does not provide any positive attributes or distinguishing features of a legal service. The unusual "MD" suffix also remains a point requiring clarification for potential clients.

There is no promotional information present in the provided text. The single review serves as a negative commentary on unsolicited business practices rather than an advertisement or endorsement of legal services. Local users would need to seek additional information from other sources to understand any potential promotional aspects of this practice, such as website content, legal directory listings, or other forms of advertising.

In conclusion, Scunziano Nicholas P MD, located in Brooklyn, New York, at 8304 13th Ave 2nd Fl, has a listed phone number and mobile number for contact. However, the professional designation "MD" is atypical for an attorney and warrants clarification. The single available customer review details a negative experience with persistent unsolicited mail despite repeated requests for removal. This issue might raise concerns about the business practices and customer service. Information regarding the specific legal services offered, the environment of the office, and the features of the practice is lacking. Local users considering engaging Scunziano Nicholas P MD as their "Nearby Lawyer" should exercise caution, verify the professional qualifications and services offered, and seek additional information or reviews from other sources to make an informed decision.

I resolved a foreclosure with my bank and kept my house. Now I'm continually receiving unwanted mail from these people, with enveloped stamped "CONFIDENTIAL" and "DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED". There were no "documents" except a mass letter offering their unwarranted service. I called them three times to please remove my address from this mailing list. During the 1st and 2nd calls, the person "took" my info and said they'd delete my name and address. During the 3rd call, I requested that they please remove my name and address; the person replied they would…then almost hung up until I stopped him and said "Don't you want to know what address I'm talking about?"
