Jessie Minger was referred to us by another attorney from the law office of Cable Huston When she took over the case, she told her client that she was real good and she was a public defender and she is specialized in Estate Cases. She also told that since she is specialized in estate case her fee was higher than other attorneys. While Jessy Minger presented the defendant, she didn’t complete any of the deposition she was supposed to complete. Jessy never followed up with any of the deposition. After the opposing party hired an older attorney, Jessey started pressuring her client to give up her Personal Representative to a Fiduciary WITHOUT DISCLOSING the client that after she gives up her PR , Jessy will not represent her. On the day of mediation when the opposing party was present with their attorney and the Judge, Jessey Minger and her client were not present. Instead the Fiduciary was present with an Estate attorney. When the client asked Jessy what the reason was for Jessy and the client not to be present at the mediation, Jessy said she didn’t represent her since she gave up her PR. Client was shocked. Jessy should have disclosed this to the client that when she gives up her PR She will not represent her. Jessy abundant the client on the day of mediation. Jessy charged her client over $160,000. In fees. Jessy asked her client to wire transfer over $44,000 to her bank account and not to disclose the transaction to anyone including her sister otherwise she will lose her job and she will be disbarred from OSBA. Client was not given any receipt of the money received by Jessy Minger. Jessy Minger has no interest in the client. Her only interest is milking out money from the client and at the end when the real time comes to go to court she will abundant you. She does not even deserve 1 star. Jessy Minger is also being reported to Oregon bar Association.
If I could give this firm less than one star I would. I personally witnessed that two attorneys at this firm, Ohle William and Emily Fullerton lied about not receiving service, when the USPS tracking number provided by the federal government proved they had received service. If the attorneys at this firm are wiling to lie about this with absolutely no compunction or accountability, what is it they will not lie about?
Very unprofessional. I called a week ago on a Friday morning, they took some information and said they would get back to me Monday. I called again Tuesday they said their attorney “Paige” was out sick and would get back to me the next day. I called today Friday and said I was going to find another business. I realize things may come up but I shouldn’t have to call a company 3 times to find out what was going on.
They have legal experts in many fields and have been a great help to me for a couple of years now.
