As a highly specialized and respected immigration attorney, Mary M. Waltermire, operating within Schoenleber & Waltermire, prioritizes providing expert legal services with clear and professional arrangements. While broad promotional discounts are not typically advertised by such dedicated legal practices, they focus on transparent and accessible service structures:
-
Initial Consultation Fee: Typically, the firm charges a fee for an initial consultation with an attorney like Mary. This session is designed to thoroughly assess your specific immigration situation, provide initial expert advice, and outline potential legal pathways. This ensures that you receive valuable, tailored guidance from the very first meeting, allowing for informed decision-making regarding your immigration journey.
-
Fixed Price for Services (Contract Pricing): For many common immigration procedures, the firm prefers to offer "contract" or fixed pricing for their legal fees. This approach provides clients with clear financial predictability, allowing them to understand the total cost of Mary's legal representation upfront. This transparency helps clients budget effectively and avoids the uncertainty of escalating hourly rates for routine services, a significant benefit in managing legal expenses.
-
Hourly Rate for Complex or Unique Cases: While fixed pricing is preferred for standard services, certain highly complex, unique, or evolving legal matters—such as providing expert testimony in other cases, specialized consultations regarding criminal defense implications for immigration, in-depth investigations, or I-9 audits for employers—may be billed on an hourly basis. This flexibility ensures that Mary can provide comprehensive and tailored assistance even for the most challenging or unusual situations that require sustained, detailed legal work.
It is always advisable to contact the firm directly to inquire about their current consultation fees and to discuss the specific fee structure applicable to your particular immigration case. Mary M. Waltermire’s commitment to clear communication extends to her financial practices, ensuring clients are fully informed about all aspects of their legal representation.
