I came to Ms. Sangiovanni with a post judgement issue in 2024. Prior to Ms. Bianca Sangiovanni, I had retained 3 attorneys, including my original divorce attorney. From the onset of my DIVORCE - MSA it was riddled with mistakes, unclear agreements and a blatant disregard of protecting my rights. This all leading to 8 years of unnecessary litigation. Bianca took on my case and hit the ground running. She and her KIND, EMPATHETIC and AVAILABLE staff were genuinely involved in the process of helping me. Unlike other attorneys, that I encountered, Bianca answers emails and or calls within 48 hours, if not sooner. That, in itself, was a welcomed change from all prior representation. Bianca handled everything with direct questions that lead to direct answers. This made the need for endless and growing attorney fees a thing of the past. Unfortunately, I am involved with an uncooperative, manipulative, deceitful and narcissistic ex that has crippled me for years. Bianca was/is not waivered by this. in fact, the behavior of our opposing litigant and his counsel had the opposite affect they hoped for. Ms. Sangiovanni and her team put a stop to this quickly.
