When I asked to speak to a lawyer, he became verbally escalated and started shouting. The most rude customer service I have ever encountered, so much so that I had to leave this review which I never do so. This person should be fired by the way he provides customer services.

I show up to your address after paying for an hour of parking and you’re not even listed on the buildings directory. I had to wait until someone else was kind enough to let me in.
