We went to Steve and his team for our family estate planning and ,throughout the multitude of questions and changes over a span of months, Steve was incredibly patient and understanding with us. My husband and I just signed our family trust paperwork yesterday... what a relief to have this important document complete - and truly it was such an easy process with Steve Bliss! He had us watch a video before our first meeting (see on his website - super useful information if you're new to this like we were). The entire process was very straightforward and much simpler than we imagined. He answered all our questions, put our minds at ease, and overall we felt he was being honest with us throughout. After we signed our papers, he encouraged us to call and email him with any questions in the future - in his own words "I always answer my phone". Oh, and his office staff warmly welcomed our kiddos in during the signing as we couldn't find childcare - so appreciative of it all!

After putting off the trust for years, we finally signed our family trust! Steve came highly recommended by a work colleague and so I called to set up the appointment. I was afraid of the numerous paperwork to come, but Steve made it simple. He had a video on his website to watch before our first meeting and answered all of our questions. When the first set of documents were ready, he highlighted the areas we needed to review in our final documents prior to signing. This helped expedite the review process as there a lot of legal language that most of us don't comprehend. In addition, he prepared and notarized for the recordings of our properties when we signed the final documents. Finally, he provided a summary that guides you through what do with each account after the trust is complete. (i.e. Bank, 401K, IRA, etc.) and said we can call or email him anytime with questions. This ordeal can be very stressful and confusing for anyone planning their trust and will but let me assure you that Steve Bliss was so comforting, knowledgeable and fairly priced.
