Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C. Introduce

For local users in Roslyn Heights, New York, seeking legal assistance, Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C., situated at 97 Powerhouse Rd # 102, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577, is a law firm offering a variety of services. As part of the "Nearby Lawyers" platform category, this firm provides accessible legal counsel to residents and businesses in Roslyn Heights and the surrounding areas of Nassau County.

The firm's location on Powerhouse Road in Roslyn Heights makes it a convenient option for local individuals and entities seeking legal representation without having to travel extensively. This local presence underscores their commitment to serving the community. While detailed information about the firm's office environment is not readily available online, the longevity of the firm, suggested by a client's reference to services provided over twenty years ago, implies an established presence within the local legal landscape.

Based on the limited information available, Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C. appears to offer services in at least two distinct legal areas: name changes and, potentially, real estate law, given the reference to a birth certificate issue which often arises in conjunction with legal name changes and the associated documentation requirements. While a comprehensive list of their practice areas is not provided in the given information, local users may find their services relevant for matters including:

  • Name Changes: Assisting individuals with the legal process of changing their name. This involves filing the necessary paperwork with the court and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Real Estate Law: Based on the potential implication of the birth certificate issue, the firm may also handle aspects of real estate law, which often involves meticulous attention to official documents and their proper recording. This could include residential and commercial real estate transactions, lease agreements, and property disputes.
  • Other Potential Areas: Given that the firm has been operating for over two decades, it is plausible that they offer services in other areas of law relevant to individuals and businesses in the Roslyn Heights area. However, without further information, these areas cannot be definitively stated. Local users are encouraged to contact the firm directly to inquire about their specific legal needs.

A notable feature of Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C., as indicated by a client review, is their effectiveness in handling specific legal matters, such as name changes, where the client reported a smooth and successful process initially. This suggests a level of competence and experience in the legal areas they handle. The longevity of the firm's operation also points to a degree of established legal expertise.

However, the provided review also raises a point regarding post-service follow-up and communication. The client reported a lack of response to their inquiries regarding a consequential issue related to the initial legal service (the birth certificate not being changed after the name change). This lack of follow-up and the perceived unprofessionalism of not returning calls are important points for potential clients to consider. While the initial service was deemed "great," the subsequent lack of communication has led to a less than fully satisfactory overall experience for at least one client.

In terms of promotional information, the fact that a client utilized their services successfully for a name change over twenty years ago could be seen as an indicator of their long-standing presence and initial competence in certain legal areas. However, the more recent experience of the same client highlights the importance of ongoing client communication and support, even after the primary legal service has been completed. Potential clients may want to inquire about the firm's client communication protocols and post-service support.

For local users in Roslyn Heights seeking a "Nearby Lawyer," Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C. offers a conveniently located option with a history of providing legal services in the community. Their past success in handling matters like name changes suggests a level of legal proficiency. However, the feedback regarding the lack of follow-up communication is a factor that potential clients should be aware of when considering their services.

Local residents and businesses can contact Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C. at (516) 625-1700 or +1 516-625-1700 to inquire about their legal services and to discuss their specific needs. Their office at 97 Powerhouse Rd # 102 in Roslyn Heights is accessible for in-person consultations. It would be advisable for potential clients to discuss the firm's communication practices and what level of post-service support they can expect.

In conclusion, Salamon Gruber Blaymore & Strenger, P.C. is a long-established law firm in Roslyn Heights, NY, offering legal services that include name changes and potentially real estate law. While they have demonstrated competence in handling legal matters, as indicated by a past positive experience, a more recent client experience highlights potential concerns regarding communication and follow-up. Local users seeking legal representation should consider these factors when evaluating whether this firm meets their needs.

Twenty plus years ago I need an attorney to have my last name changed. These lawyers were great and everything went smoothly. So why 3 stars? After my last name was changed, my birth certificate was never changed. Now I am going through the process and am being told that I need original documents. I only have certified copies (which BTW dmv says are no good when trying to get a license or a license renewed, but that's beside the point) and called twice, leaving a message both times. No one called me back (very unprofessional) and that was a few weeks ago. So I will deal with this on my own and that's why I can't give 5 stars.
