The environment of Saffren and Weinberg, located in Suite #22 at 815 Greenwood Ave, suggests a professional office setting. Greenwood Avenue is a key thoroughfare in Jenkintown, indicating a central and easily locatable office. While specific details about the interior décor are not publicly provided, a law firm specializing in personal injury typically maintains an environment that is both professional for legal proceedings and empathetic for clients who may be dealing with sensitive and often distressing circumstances. The suite number implies a dedicated office space within a larger building, likely offering a degree of privacy necessary for client consultations. The firm's location within Jenkintown emphasizes its commitment to serving the local community, making it convenient for clients to attend meetings and maintain direct communication with their legal team.
Saffren and Weinberg focuses heavily on representing clients in various types of personal injury and property damage cases, alongside other civil litigation matters. Their service areas include:

The features of Saffren and Weinberg are varied, as reflected in both positive and negative client feedback. On the positive side, the firm has attorneys with significant experience in their fields, with Kenneth S. Saffren admitted to practice since 1985. They emphasize being a "hard working law firm that can overcome most if not all obstacles to winning your law case," as one positive review highlights. This suggests a dedicated and persistent approach to litigation, aiming for favorable outcomes for their clients. The firm also asserts its commitment to "personal involvement" in each case, rather than delegating significant work to associates, ensuring that the named attorneys are directly engaged with client matters. They also state that they have access to experts in various fields to support their cases with expert opinions and testimonies. The firm offers free consultations, a common and valuable feature for potential clients seeking initial legal guidance without financial commitment.
However, it is imperative to address a significant concern raised in one of the provided testimonials. This review details a severe breakdown in communication and client representation, where a lawyer reportedly left the firm and the client's case was dropped just a week and a half before the statute of limitations expired, leading to a loss of opportunity for the client. This experience, if representative, points to critical issues with case management, internal communication, and client protection. While other reviews praise professional and in-depth contact, this particular negative review underscores the importance of consistent and reliable client service, especially in time-sensitive legal matters.
Promotional information for Saffren and Weinberg would likely focus on their extensive experience in personal injury and property damage cases, highlighting successful settlements and their commitment to fighting for their clients' rights. Phrases like "The People's Voice In Court" (which they have been known to use) would be central to their messaging, emphasizing their advocacy for victims of negligence. They would promote their accessibility as a "Nearby Lawyer" in Jenkintown, using their direct phone lines: (215) 309-9577 for both general inquiries and mobile contact. The firm would likely emphasize their "free consultation" offer to attract new clients. Additionally, they would stress their comprehensive approach to personal injury cases, from gathering evidence to securing compensation for various damages, and their ability to handle complex medical malpractice or product liability claims. While they would naturally highlight positive client experiences, they would also need to ensure that their internal processes support the promises made, especially regarding consistent client communication and case management, to avoid issues like those raised in the negative review. Overall, Saffren and Weinberg positions itself as a firm dedicated to justice for injured individuals and property owners in the local community, striving to provide thorough and aggressive representation.

These guys took on my case had me going to different doctors and doing different Did you get ready for the case. Then the lawyer that they assigned me left the firm and no one picked up the case a week and a half before my statute of limitations were up. I get an email that they will not be moving forward with the case. What’s funny to me is that I. Then the lawyer that they assigned me left the firm and no one picked up the case a week and a half before my statute of limitations were up. I get an email that they will not be moving forward with the case. What’s funny to me is that I signed paperwork in the beginning when they take on my case to make sure they get paid and make sure I don’t back out but yet they backed out on me before I could find another lawyer to represent me thus losing my opportunity. Stay clear of this law firm and the lawyer Robert Manzel.
Excellent legal law firm. All contacts very professional and in depth, plus a very congenial attitude. If you need a hard working law firm that can overcome most if not all obstacles to winning your law case, chose this one..
Great staff. They is always someone available for you to talk to. They listen to you and do what's in your best interests, they are always communicating what's going on in your case with you. You never feel left out mislead by anything they say or do! Would recommend them to any and everyone!
I’ve been a client since June. I have heard from Ken once. Which was in July via phone call and only because my physical therapist called him first and mentioned the lack of communication. During that call I was given his cell phone number to contact him and told to text only, if needed. I have questions about my case, I text him 3 times no answer or reply. I requested via phone call to his office several times a copy of the documents I signed. No answer. I get a voicemail when I call the office and the receptionist transfers me, a voicemail when I call the cell phone and text messages are unanswered since September 14th. At this point I want my file and need to move on. I’ll take a day off in the next two weeks to stop by their office. This is insane.
Completely lack of communication, my case has been going now about a year and half because they don’t answer the phone when the insurance calls. They dropped my case but still haven’t told the insurance that my has been dropped. Took me 4 months of calling everyday to get of hold of someone on the phone, wish is crazy.
