The office at 1845 Walnut St #1550 is located in a high-rise building, typical of professional service providers in this part of Philadelphia. Clients can likely expect a standard office environment with consultation rooms designed for private discussions about sensitive immigration matters. The suite number suggests a specific office space within the building, aiming to provide a professional setting for legal consultations and the preparation of immigration-related documents. Accessibility to the office would likely involve standard building access procedures for visitors.
Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. specializes in immigration law, a field that encompasses a wide array of services designed to assist individuals in navigating the legal pathways to enter, reside, and work in the United States. Based on the positive review, one area of their expertise appears to be family-based immigration, specifically in assisting with the process of bringing family members from abroad. The reviewer expressed immense gratitude for the firm's handling of their case, which involved bringing six children from Ghana to the United States. They described the process as "quick and easy" in comparison to the experiences shared by others, highlighting the firm's efficiency and effectiveness in this particular type of case.
However, it is crucial to present a balanced and objective overview, and other reviews paint a significantly different picture of the client experience with Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. Several critical reviews raise serious concerns about the firm's professionalism, communication, and handling of cases. One reviewer stated that they received most of their helpful immigration information from outside sources rather than the firm itself. They also reported extreme difficulty in contacting the office, citing instances of waiting over a week for email responses to timely matters. This client expressed regret in choosing to work with the firm, alleging that Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. complicated their immigration process and that they ended up doing most of the necessary work themselves.
Another highly concerning review detailed allegations of the firm misfiling legal information with USCIS and a subsequent unwillingness to address the issue. The reviewer claimed to have been hung up on and yelled at by an individual named Larry and reported a complete lack of response from someone named Laura regarding the misinformation filed in their case. This client stated that their immigration process had been extended due to the firm's "unprofessional and neglectful 'help.'"
Adding to these serious allegations, the same reviewer expressed surprise from USCIS officials that no representative from Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. attended their immigration interview, noting that all other applicants present had legal representation. This absence at a critical stage of the immigration process raises significant questions about the level of support provided by the firm in this instance.
Overall, this particular reviewer expressed profound disappointment and disgust with the unprofessional manner in which Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. handled their case. These negative experiences stand in stark contrast to the positive feedback from the client who successfully brought their children to the U.S.
Given the significant disparity in client experiences, it is challenging to highlight specific promotional features of Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. objectively. While the positive review suggests efficiency and positive outcomes in at least one instance of family-based immigration, the multiple negative reviews detailing serious issues with communication, professionalism, and case management raise red flags for potential clients. It is essential for individuals considering engaging Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. to be aware of this mixed feedback and to conduct thorough due diligence.
For local users in Philadelphia seeking immigration legal services, Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. is located in a central area. However, the available reviews present a cautionary picture. While one client reported a positive experience with family immigration, several others detailed significant problems with the firm's service, including poor communication, alleged misfiling of documents, unprofessional conduct, and lack of representation at a crucial interview.
Prospective clients should carefully weigh the information available and consider contacting the firm directly at (215) 690-5100 or +1 215-690-5100 to discuss their specific immigration needs and to ask detailed questions about the firm's processes, communication practices, and client support. It would also be prudent to seek additional reviews or references to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the experiences of other clients who have worked with Rudnick Immigration Group P.C.
In conclusion, Rudnick Immigration Group P.C. in Philadelphia offers services in immigration law. While one client reported a positive outcome with family-based immigration, multiple other reviews detail serious concerns regarding the firm's professionalism, communication, and case handling. Local users considering their services should approach with caution and conduct thorough research before making a decision.

They are amazing! Save your time and let them fight for you. They made bringing my 6 children from Ghana quick and easy compared to some people's stories I know. Forever Grateful
I couldn't tell you one helpful thing that they did. All of the information I needed for immigrations, I was given at appointments. All of my most helpful information was given to me by outside sources. This office is almost impossible to get a hold of, I have waited a week and a half at a time for an email response about timely matters. I wish that I never started working with them to begin with as they have only made my entire process more complicated. Everything that was really necessary for this application, I did myself. They misfiled legal information about me, and have been unwilling to speak to me about it. I have been hung up on and yelled at by Larry and have heard zero response from Laura pertaining to why they filed misinformation about my case to USCIS. My process has now been extended due to their unprofessional and neglectful "help." Nobody from the office came to my interview , which surprised USCIS. Everyone else had a lawyer present. All around disappointed and disgusted by how unprofessional this group has handled my case
I could never get a hold of anybody, for a while now...same answering machine, with the message that the memory is full
Simply outstanding
