A particularly troubling example on 04/10/25 was Andrea’s recent decision to enforce a Medical/Lien Negotiation process on my case, despite me clearly explaining to her multiple times that this was unnecessary and unwarranted. This felt aggressive, controlling, and appears to have been an effort to delay the timely closure of my case. Her conduct has completely undermined the welcoming and supportive environment that I initially experienced at Reubenstein Law. It has left me frustrated and disheartened, as I’ve repeatedly had to rely on Attorney Daniel to apologize or excuse her behavior in an effort to maintain a sense of professionalism and keep my case moving forward. In my honest opinion, Andrea Ferrer should not be in a client-facing position. Her behavior leaves a damaging and negative impression that does not align with the exceptional service and high standards upheld by Attorney Daniel and the firm’s reputation. My hope is to reach the finish line with my case as quickly as possible — not only to bring closure to this matter, but to avoid any further unnecessary interactions with Andrea Ferrer.
