I had called the office to discuss a letter I received. I explained the situation and they said to send any additional information to their office. I did not have the letter on hand and wanted to send additional information to prove the negligence of the complex I live in they said it was on the letter. I stated I no longer had the letter on hand and asked to get the address or email to provide the information. The office staff who were exceptionally rude refused again then stated. This is the end of the call and hung up. The call was at 11 AM on Wednesday the 25th of September. And lasted approximately 9 minutes. In that time I was refused the address and email multiple times.

We hesitated to get an attorney at first to help with the eviction of our tenants because we thought it would be too costly. However after six months of trying the process on our own we hired Mr. Rosenberg. We are so grateful to him and his team for their knowledge and tenacity to work through all the legal hoops. No way could we have done it on our own. In the end, it cost us way less than we expected and even though it took about 5 months because of every imaginable delay, we finally have our beautiful house back.
