If you are seeking an attorney in Sarpy County NE, and your judge is Stefanie Martinez, then I would suggest Donald Roberts, because Martinez will sign off on whatever Donald writes for your divorce decree. I'm assuming Don Roberts represented Stefanie Martinez in one or both of her own divorce cases, but the judge has no integrity or ethics and will favor in Don Roberts. So, Men, if you are going against Donald and or in Martinez's courtroom, then you are doomed.
Don Roberts is an amazing lawyer. He helped me with custody of my son and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I didn’t feel like just a client. He truly cared about the well being of my son and his safety. I would recommend him to anyone I know. His work is incredible!

My case file was handed over to my new attorney without any organization or digitalization. There were many files given to Don's assistants that were never received by the opposing council. I would not recommend Don Roberts, as he and his staff have very poor communication skills.
