It was a pleasure for myself and my daughter to meet with Mr. Goldberg and his staff! His knowledge of estate planning and documents needed was outstanding, and he has an excellent people personality! He was honest in his recommendation of the legal documents I needed, and I was quite surprised to learn I did not need to set up a Trust, but just a couple of updates to my Will from 5 years ago, POA documents, and End of Life Wishes. At the signing meeting with his assistants, I was surprised to learn a request to include my grandchildren in my Will with a monetary gift was not included! So, I feel my Will is very impersonal and simply full of legalize! This was discussed in length at signing meeting with me making the decision to handle this wish in a different manner. I do feel more at ease knowing I now have all the legal documents to ensure my children and Executors of my Estate will have all they need legally when the time comes! Peace of Mind complete.
