Riccardo Law Center Introduce

For individuals in Peckville, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding areas seeking legal representation, Riccardo Law Center, located at 826 Main St, Peckville, PA 18452, USA, is a local law practice listed under the Nearby Lawyers category. Situated on Main Street in Peckville, the office provides a physical location for client consultations and legal services within the community. Information regarding the specific environment or atmosphere of Riccardo Law Center is not extensively detailed online; however, it can be generally assumed to offer a professional setting for legal discussions.

Riccardo Law Center can be contacted directly at (570) 489-1126 or via their mobile phone at +1 570-489-1126. These contact numbers provide local residents with a direct means to reach the firm and inquire about their legal services. The availability of both a landline and a mobile number suggests an effort to be accessible to potential clients seeking legal assistance.

Based on the available online reviews, Riccardo Law Center, particularly through the work of attorney Dawn Riccardo, appears to focus on areas of family law, including custody disputes. However, the client experiences shared online present a stark contrast, offering differing perspectives on the firm's services and approach. It is crucial to consider both positive and negative feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding.

One detailed and critical review comes from an individual whose fiancée retained Dawn Riccardo for a custody matter involving his stepdaughter. This reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the services provided. Allegations include a lack of communication and follow-through, particularly regarding a promised meeting and efforts to lift a sanction preventing contact with the stepdaughter. The reviewer also described an unprofessional phone interaction with Dawn Riccardo and expressed concerns about the handling of the court proceedings, specifically mentioning not being called to testify and feeling that the opposing party's alleged lies were not adequately challenged. Furthermore, the reviewer claimed that Dawn Riccardo quit representing his fiancée without prior notice and made what he considered an unreasonable request regarding their relationship. This account paints a picture of unmet expectations, poor communication, and dissatisfaction with the legal representation provided.

In contrast, another client offered a highly positive review of Dawn Riccardo. This individual described her as someone who "really fights for you" and provides a direct and honest approach, even if it involves delivering difficult truths. This reviewer specifically mentioned Dawn's focus on the best interests of the children in custody disputes and credited her with providing support that extended beyond legal advice, including assistance with achieving sobriety. This client used strong positive language, calling Dawn "the best lawyer you could get" and highlighting her willingness to go "above and beyond." This perspective suggests a dedicated and impactful attorney who prioritizes her clients' well-being and the best outcomes for the children involved in custody cases.

Considering these two diametrically opposed reviews, it is evident that client experiences with Riccardo Law Center, and specifically with Dawn Riccardo, can vary significantly. The positive review highlights her directness, dedication to fighting for clients and children, and even extending support beyond legal matters. This suggests a lawyer who is deeply invested in her cases and willing to provide tough but potentially beneficial advice. However, the negative review raises serious concerns about communication, follow-through, and the handling of critical aspects of a legal case. These conflicting accounts underscore the importance for potential clients to carefully consider these perspectives and potentially seek further information or an initial consultation to determine if Dawn Riccardo's approach aligns with their individual needs and expectations.

Features of Riccardo Law Center, as suggested by the reviews, could include a direct and honest communication style from Dawn Riccardo, a strong advocacy for clients (particularly in family law), a focus on the best interests of children in custody matters, and potentially a willingness to provide support beyond strictly legal advice. However, potential clients should also be aware of the reported issues with communication and follow-through in certain instances. The contrasting experiences indicate that the firm's approach may resonate strongly with some clients while not meeting the expectations of others.

Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. The positive testimonial acts as a strong endorsement, highlighting Dawn Riccardo's dedication and effectiveness, particularly in custody cases. The negative review, however, serves as a cautionary tale. Potential clients might see the positive feedback as a reason to consider the firm, especially if they value a direct and forceful advocate, but should also be mindful of the reported communication issues and consider whether that aligns with their needs for information and updates throughout their legal process.

For local users in Peckville and surrounding areas seeking legal assistance, particularly in family law and custody disputes, Riccardo Law Center, led by Dawn Riccardo, presents a complex picture based on the available reviews. The positive feedback suggests a strong and dedicated advocate who prioritizes the best interests of children and offers direct communication. However, the negative feedback raises concerns about communication and case management. Potential clients should carefully weigh these contrasting experiences and consider scheduling an initial consultation to discuss their specific needs and assess whether Dawn Riccardo's approach and the firm's practices are a good fit for their situation. It would be prudent to ask specific questions about communication protocols, case management procedures, and expected levels of client interaction.

In conclusion, Riccardo Law Center in Peckville, PA, with attorney Dawn Riccardo, appears to specialize in family law, including custody disputes. Client reviews offer significantly different perspectives, with one praising her direct advocacy and focus on children's best interests, while another reports serious issues with communication and case handling. Local users considering Riccardo Law Center should carefully review these contrasting experiences and conduct their own due diligence, including direct communication with the firm, to determine if their services align with their individual legal needs and expectations. The firm can be contacted at (570) 489-1126 for further inquiries.

my fiancee retained dawn for a handsome fee which i gladly paid for i would do anything for my family. at that time i was incarcerated and not allowed contact with my step daughter who is my best buddy. dawn said she would sit with me when i got out. after being out six months and us calling to set a meeting several times she still had not met or spoke with me. the whole reason for hiring her was to get the sanction lifted but shr didnt even try. when i called her office after six months she was very nasty and started yelling at me like i was her child. all i said was im getting real frustrated before dhe cut me off. i was referring to the childs father but she never gave a chance. when i screamed back at her and told her shes fired she got calm and told me i need anger management for screaming at her !!! as my fiancee and my hardship played out dawn did nothing. the opposing party got on stand and made numerous stories up about me. all lies and i could of proved everything to be a lie but dawn didnt have me testify to defend myself instead letting the judge make a decision based on what he just heard. it did not go well for us. i asked her why she didnt put me on stand she said i need my own lawyer then told my fiancee she cant represent her if dhe continues in a relationship with me. !!! we been together almost 8 yrs now so thats a crazy request. when it came time to pay her more money i asked for a sit down first to go over things we werent happy about. she never sat down and quit representing my fiancee with no call or warning or anything. we had to hear it from someone else. she screwed us pretty bad. but hey karmas a b@&$h. god sees everything! and then she doesn’t like my review so makes up a lie about me calling and threatening her lol. plz feel free to prove that and not one of your employees lying for you maam snd i never went to your office or plan to. and not once did i wish you ill will maam. just like the other reviews you will deny and deflect and change subject. i wish u the best. my behavior towards you is concerning? you mean putting your truth out there so others dont hire you by mistake. it was an honor representing my fiance by not defending her against lies and quitting without saying a word. good luck on your journey maam. i hope you learn how to be honest

Dawn Riccardo really fights for you if you need her to. She tells you how it is. As for the people saying they dislike how she spoke to them it is probably because you don’t like hearing the truth. She is outright blatantly honest which you need when you’re going through a custody dispute. She puts the kids first and thinks about what’s best for the kids. She helped me to get completely sober from alcohol. She gave me phone numbers for people involved in AA and helped me find AA meetings. I needed that dose of truth and reality and she helped me with that. She is the best lawyer you could get. She goes above and beyond. I have no words to express how much I appreciate everything she’s helped me achieve in the past year and a half. Absolutely choose Dawn.

Wish I could give Dawn (10) stars. She is hands down the ONLY attorney you should consider hiring. After years of using all the wrong attorneys, I met Dawn Riccardo and she is the ONLY one who has ever cared and ensured all 3 children are safe, happy, healthy with a DAD in their life. NEVER steered me wrong and the only true attorney that cares about keeping children and family together. If you need a family court attorney that’ll never quit. Give her a call because from my past experiences all I ever did was waste money on everyone else. Thank you so much, your hands down the absolute best friend and lawyer I could ask for and I’ll never forget what you’ve done for myself and my children 🙏

Atty Riccardo has represented me through a variety of custody and support issues over the last 7 years. She is professional and compassionate. Dawn excels in the courtroom setting, and she is always organized and prepared. Atty Riccardo is very respected by the local legal community, and she will fiercely fight for what is right for you and your child. I hold Attorney Riccardo in the highest regard and highly recommend her for any divorce/custody matter!

Dawn took me on as a client with previous representation who needed rescuing. She offered that, but I don’t feel she provided. She gave up on my prior argument which held substantial ground, but it would have meant actual work for herself. She also pushed back quite boldly and with aggression when I told her that I felt an argument she formed wasn’t strong enough. She belittled me, and told me I was wrong, that she had education in this. However, I had several cases with solid evidence but poor representation, so I felt confident in arguing my side and my points. I clearly shared I wasn’t comfortable knowing she was planning to move forward with her argument, yet she proceeded to use it anyways. Again, I felt it hurt more than it helped. This is during video-meetings for court, when I couldn’t be present and help myself or my child in the end. She had the final word, and I feel it hurt more than it could have possibly helped with the judge’s final decision. Flash-forward to her calling me to tell me what the verdict was. I wasn’t happy with it because I felt the evidence I provided was enough to show the opposing parent and family was at fault. Some of that evidence couldn’t be used which I (somewhat) understand and some was just excluded. She SCREAMED at me on the phone, told me I was being a “baby”, and could call back when I was ready to talk again.
