Place is a joke had the money taken out of my check for a garnishment and then sent it back to me to then throw another garnishment on me for 80 dollars. No phone call no nothing and the people answering the phone are rude and you ask them questions and the give you the run around or plan don't answer the questions you ask and then hang up on you. I would give it 0 stars if I could. You get a letter from them beware they are horrible to deal with.
I have a debt with NE Med & their collection agency from a major procedure a few years back. John and his team have been very accommodating with helping me pay my debt. I’ve had open communication with his paralegal about my case and I will have this debt paid off within 2 years of beginning payments without breaking my bank account and still able to pay my bills, rent, and put food in my belly. I appreciate John and his team for helping me through this. Thank you very much.
John has been my attorney for all my rentals for a long time. When ever I need his services, All I have to do is fax what I need to his office and they take over like clock work. I have used him and his office for eviction of tenants, collection of rents due, and to represent me when I feel I am right and a tenant takes me to small claims court and need to move it to a higher court. It is great knowing there is a professional that knows what he is doing and can take care of problems and answer all my questions. The best part is he knows the process and charges an affordable fee. I give thanks every time I need him that I have him in my court. I would highly recommend him for real estate needs such as evictions, collections, disputes between landlords and tenants, setting up land contracts, or any need pertaining to real estate. He is knowledgeable and professional. He and his office have always been very gracious to my family and myself for all our legal needs we have asked of him.
I called their office today to make payment arrangements on a debt for one of my employees and the woman who answers the phone was unprofessional, yelled at me, and completely had no idea about the cases this office handles. Yes I understand they do debt collection but if someone is calling to help them collect monies owed to them you would think they would be very helpful. So if you are a company looking to hire a lawyer to help collect your debt make sure they have some respect for the human person and their employees are professional. I give this office a F rating
I called the office and they tried saying that I had a payment plan with them.This is the first time I've ever even spoke to them about this. No joke the last three digits on the phone number I called was 666. It's kind of hard to pay when I don't get a bill, phone call, or email and a summons just shows up. He's the lawyer for Nebraska medicine which has become incredibly Shady themselves.
