The provided customer reviews offer insights into the experiences of individuals who have interacted with Raymond G. Lahoud, Esquire's office. It is important to note that the two available reviews present negative experiences.
One review details significant issues with appointment scheduling and communication. The client reported having to call multiple times over two weeks to receive a confirmation for a Zoom consultation, which was finally received just ten minutes before the scheduled start time. Subsequently, the attorney did not appear for the virtual meeting after a 30-minute wait, leading to considerable disappointment and a perceived waste of time. The reviewer also described the staff as rude and condescending.
The second review echoes concerns about poor communication and a lack of respect for clients' time. This client reported multiple appointment reschedulings for their wife, followed by a prolonged delay of over a month in receiving a price quote for their case. The reviewer stated that their wife had to repeatedly call the office for updates, and the secretary, Yenny, was described as terrible at returning calls. Ultimately, despite agreeing to move forward with the case, the client reported two subsequent cancellations by the lawyer due to him allegedly not taking new cases until after the new year. Made an appointment for a consultation, asked to do it via Zoom so my fiancé could attend. Had to call four separate times over two weeks in order to get a conformation email. finally received one 10 minutes before the appointment was set to start. Joined the zoom call, waited 30 minutes, no one showed up. this was a huge disappointment for me and my fiancé. wasted two weeks waiting for the appointment. The staff was rude an condescending. Don't make an appointment here if you value your time because Lahoud Law office does not value it.
Terrible experience with this place. My wife had multiple appointments that was constantly rescheduled. Then this place took over a month to give her a price on a case. My wife had to keep calling back over and over. Yenny the secretary is terrible at returning calls. She does not get back to you. Finally we agreed to go forward a week before our schedule date yenny called saying this lawyer is not taking any cases until after the new year and rescheduled once again. ONCE AGAIN she called a week before saying he is not taking any cases. This firm wasted my time and my wifes time over and over for months. I will be reporting to the BBB. I would avoid and find someone else.
