Raffaele & Puppio Introduce

Welcome to Raffaele & Puppio, a well-established law firm located in the heart of Media, Pennsylvania. Situated at 19 W 3rd St, Media, PA 19063, the firm has been serving the legal needs of the local community and surrounding areas for a significant period. Raffaele & Puppio aims to provide a comprehensive range of legal services to individuals, families, and businesses in the region. Their presence in Media makes them a readily accessible legal resource for those seeking nearby lawyers.

The offices of Raffaele & Puppio are located on West 3rd Street in Media, a central and easily reachable location within the town. While specific details about the firm's office environment, such as its size, amenities, or the number of attorneys and staff, are not detailed in the provided information, a long-standing law firm in a community like Media typically offers a professional setting for client consultations and legal proceedings. Clients can generally expect private meeting rooms for confidential discussions and administrative support areas to manage case details efficiently.

Based on the limited information available in the customer reviews, it is evident that Raffaele & Puppio handles family law cases, particularly those involving divorce and child custody. One review specifically mentions Kathleen A. Piperno, an attorney at the firm, and her work in child custody matters. This suggests that family law is one of the areas of practice for Raffaele & Puppio. The services within this domain can include:

  • Divorce: Representing individuals going through divorce proceedings, including issues such as property division, alimony, and other related matters.
  • Child Custody: Assisting parents with legal and physical custody arrangements, visitation rights, and modifications to existing custody orders.

One customer review offers a positive perspective on the representation provided by Kathleen A. Piperno in a child custody case spanning over ten years. The client, a father, highlights her success in securing a 50/50 custody arrangement for his son and full custody of his daughter, emphasizing the perceived difficulty for fathers in achieving full custody. The client expresses trust in Ms. Piperno and appreciates her straightforward approach in advising him on the necessary steps to be a full-time father.

However, other reviews present significant concerns regarding the firm's handling of a divorce case. One review details a protracted divorce process lasting two and a half years, with the client alleging charges for all emails from the opposing attorney and fees for every email, phone call, and other communication. This client also states that the divorce decree was obtained one year and seven months after initially retaining Ms. Piperno and expresses dissatisfaction with the firm's focus on fees over client care, ultimately stating that Ms. Piperno did not complete the case and no longer offered her services.

These contrasting experiences underscore the importance of considering multiple perspectives when evaluating legal services. While one client found exceptional success and trusted guidance in a child custody matter, another reported significant issues with the handling and cost of a divorce case. Potential clients should be aware of these differing viewpoints and conduct thorough due diligence when considering Raffaele & Puppio for their legal needs.

Features of Raffaele & Puppio, based on the available reviews, appear to include experience in family law, particularly child custody matters, where one client lauded the successful outcome and the attorney's direct approach. However, another feature highlighted by a negative review is a billing practice involving charges for various forms of communication and a potentially lengthy case resolution time. The firm's longevity in the Media community suggests an established presence and history of providing legal services, though the quality of service, as perceived by clients, can vary.

Promotional information for Raffaele & Puppio is not explicitly provided in the customer reviews. Law firms often promote their services through their website, community involvement, or specific advertising campaigns. Without such information, it is challenging to detail any specific promotions or unique selling points of the firm. However, their location in Media and the positive testimonial regarding child custody success could be considered implicit promotional aspects for local residents seeking family law assistance.

For individuals in Media, PA, and the surrounding areas seeking legal representation, particularly in family law matters such as divorce and child custody, Raffaele & Puppio offers a local option with an established presence. Potential clients should carefully consider the feedback provided in the reviews, noting both the positive outcome in a custody case and the significant concerns raised regarding a divorce case. It is advisable to conduct a thorough consultation to discuss the specifics of their legal needs, inquire about billing practices, and assess the firm's approach to cases similar to their own.

Choosing a local law firm like Raffaele & Puppio can offer the convenience of nearby legal counsel. However, it is crucial for prospective clients to engage in open and detailed discussions about their case, expected timelines, and all associated costs. The contrasting reviews highlight the importance of clear communication and a thorough understanding of the attorney-client relationship from the outset.

In conclusion, Raffaele & Puppio, located in Media, PA, handles family law matters, including divorce and child custody. While one client reported a successful outcome in a custody case and praised the attorney's directness and trustworthiness, another client expressed significant dissatisfaction with the handling and cost of a divorce case. Potential clients should consider these differing experiences and conduct their own thorough evaluation to determine if Raffaele & Puppio is the right firm for their legal needs.

Kathleen A. Piperno has been representing me for 10+ years as a father she has gotten me 50/50 of son and full of my daughter and if you know anything about custody you know it is hard for a guy to get full . she is the first and only i would trust with my children and she has always been straight forward with what i have to do to get to be a fulltime father.

I was told by Ms. Piperno....my case should be about 1 year to resolve divorce. 2 & 1/2 years later she is still charging me for all emails from opposing parties attorney and $90 per minimum 15 mins for any email, phone call, and so on. Divorce decree was obtained in March, 1year and 7 months after I initially went to Ms. Piperno In 8/2016 Ms. Piperno doesn’t care about client, Only how much money she can obtain for her and the firm. Case is still going, and Ms. Piperno was not able to finish... so she no longer ‘offered her services’ . Be careful

Kathy was unprofessional. She tried to charge me for work she had to do because she failed to file the proper papers with the court. The judge ruled in my wife’s favor. When I refuse to pay the fee for the extra work she dropped me as a client. Keep in mind that I had already paid her over $12,000 for a divorce that did bot involve any children and an easy property settlement
