Located in Belvidere near the PNC Bank is the public defenders office. If you are at low income or no income and need a quick get-out-of-jail-free card definitely check out this place. If it's a criminal matter I highly suggest trying to get Carl keys.
I've been called here several times to get information and either no call back or told to call back. This dates back before covid even started. Your best bet is probably too just go in person if that would make any type of difference... Who knows.
