Im 23 and a couple of months ago I made a dumb mistake and I was charged with committing a crime, a felony to be exact. I was foolish for doing it and I would never do something like that in my life again. In desperation I contacted many many attorneys. Many were looking to charge me too much money and others didn't seem like they could get me an outcome I felt like I truly deserved. Mr.Sachs contacted me and we agreed to speak in person at his office. We had a really nice conversation and he made me feel like he truly cared about my situation, not like I was just some other case. We spoke about life and what I wanted to do after I finished college and it helped me envision the life I wanted after my case was over with. He gave me a more than reasonable price and his true and honest opinions on how he could help improve the outcome of my case. On both days of my court appearances he helped me gain an understanding on how things would go prior to entering which was a huge sigh of relief since Ive never been to court for something other than a small speeding ticket and I had a clean record. He was the best dressed, spoke well and was very knowledgeable. I can officially say that the outcome of my case exceeded my expectations and I practically don't have anything on my record! If you feel like you're in the same boat I highly recommend contacting Proto, Sachs & Brown, LLP. I promise you will not regret it. Thanks again Mr.Sachs!

I am very unhappy with how my divorce case with Keith Brown was handled overall. I am unhappy with the strategy, lack of timely communication on multiple occasions, and exacting billing practices. Keith did not help me manage my ex who delayed getting an attorney. Instead he wasted my retainer drafting documents and discussing settlements that would never be signed. When a settlement was finally reached, the initial draft managed to “land in Keith’s spam” for weeks. Keith’s delayed reviews put me at additional risk. I had to call his office from a vacation just to forward the final signed document. Keith’s billing practices are exacting. The minimum hourly fee for sending and receiving all e-mails, regardless of legal content or length, is .10 hours ($47 at the time of writing), and the minimum fee to review an attachment is .20 hours ($95 at the time of writing). If you prefer asynchronous communication as I do, this fee structure is not a good fit and was not transparent at the outset.
