I hired these bankruptcy lawyers for my brother, but after a few months, he decided to stop his divorce, which is totally fine. Before they started any work, I informed them that I wouldn't need their services anymore and requested a refund. I even have written confirmation from my brother stating that no work was done. It turns out these lawyers changed the terms after I asked for the refund, which raises serious red flags about their practices. Thankfully, with my attorney's help, I was able to reopen the case with Amex and provide them with proof from my brother, which he had apparently forgotten he sent me. I highly recommend doing your research and checking the Yelp reviews on this law firm; there are definitely honest lawyers out there who won't just take your money without delivering results.
Extremely rude didn’t allow a chance to ask questions during a “free consultation”. Continued to interrupt me after asking him politely to hear my case. After I told him he was being rude he said we aren’t vibing so it won’t be a good fit. I told him I will write a review and he said he’d SUE ME!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to check out this law firm.
I found this law firm on the internet back in 2023. At that time, I thought I did my due diligence by researching them to make sure they were a legit law firm. Of course, I read so many positive reviews. But to my dismay, I am thoroughly disappointed. After paying $4100 to this law firm, only one creditor has received any money and that was only $127 dollars. No payments have been made towards my unsecured debt. From what I can see, after checking my payment summary, majority of the money I have paid, has went to this law firm. I’m almost a year into this bankruptcy and nothing has happened. This makes my situation worse off. At this point, I can’t do anything but cancel with them. I was told my money will not be refunded, not even a portion of it since the case has already been filed. My advice to you, please do not use this law firm. They are rude and unprofessional when trying to get information or a better understanding. It will be a waste of your time and money.
The whole team at Bizar and Doyle were incredibly professional and incredibly helpful in getting my much delayed bankruptcy pushed through to completion.
