Sounds like others have had similar negative experiences with Nathan. He did a great job of selling himself and making promises but fell short many times. I was at one point scolded for wanting to be "too involved" with MY divorce. One instance a line was changed in my paperwork and I asked them to change it back to the original way it was written and they charged me over $400 to put it back. He also instructed me to hold off on finalizing the paperwork because my ex's attorney was getting disbarred and he said that we could cost the ex more money forcing her to hire a new attorney. At a later point when I questioned some of his practices he blamed and scolded me that it was my idea. I regret my experience and it left me less trusting of attorneys in general.

Had Courtney Mendoza as my lawyer. Was a full time stay at home mom with a full time working dad. I said I would rather not get divorced if custody was anything close to equal split, and was in tears saying I think I was being gaslighted, but not sure how much. Went to court and she encouraged me to not submit evidence in order to not show our hand. Well, 2 years later, you get your opportunity. File for separation if you want to keep your custody or you may find the courts stacked to redirect parenting time to 50/50 regardless of any parenting issues or whatever you built your kids' lives upon--it won't be enough to overpower their desire for shared parenting.

Nathan and his team were such a huge help during what ended up being a 2 year fight. They make time to actually listen to your concerns and answer questions in a professional but compassionate way.
