To provide local users with a comprehensive understanding of this legal practice, we will explore its environment, potential services within family law, features as perceived by clients, and acknowledge the conflicting nature of the online reviews.

Peter Hendricks, Esq operates from a physical office in New Brunswick, indicating a local presence and accessibility for residents seeking legal assistance in the area. This established location suggests a commitment to serving the community's legal needs. Having a local office can be advantageous for clients who prefer in-person consultations and a more direct, personal relationship with their attorney, especially when dealing with sensitive and emotionally charged issues often involved in family law cases such as custody disputes.

Based on the available online reviews, Peter Hendricks, Esq appears to offer legal services in family law. One review specifically mentions hiring "this law firm family matter," indicating that family law is a practice area. However, the experiences described in the two reviews are diametrically opposed. One reviewer describes Mr. Hendricks as "one of the Most warmest, kind Gentleman you'll ever meet," emphasizing his positive initial demeanor and the feeling of being in capable hands upon meeting him. This suggests a friendly and reassuring initial interaction, which can be important for clients who may be feeling stressed and vulnerable when seeking legal help.

In stark contrast, the second review details a deeply negative experience with the same law firm, presumably involving Peter Hendricks, Esq. This reviewer recounts initially positive engagement but then alleges that the firm "just tried soak up our money big time." More seriously, the review claims that the firm failed to adequately represent their interests in a custody matter following an attack on the reviewer and their daughter by the ex-partner. The reviewer states that the firm did not inform the judge about the problems they were experiencing, which they believe led to an unfavorable custody outcome where they "lost custody" when it "should have been the other way around." They also criticize the firm's recommendation of a guardian ad litem, Greg Rubinstein, whom they describe negatively, and allege that the law firm failed to inform the judge about issues concerning the child's protection. The reviewer expresses significant financial strain due to the legal fees and a sense of being misled about the potential outcome of their case, leading to a "very sad experience" and the feeling that the law firm failed in their duty.

Considering these two highly conflicting reviews, the features of Peter Hendricks, Esq's practice are challenging to objectively define. One client portrays him as warm, kind, and reassuring, suggesting a positive interpersonal approach. However, the other client describes a negative experience involving perceived overcharging, inadequate representation in a critical family law matter, and a failure to protect their interests and those of their child, ultimately leading to a detrimental outcome in their custody case. This severe discrepancy indicates a potential inconsistency in client experiences or a significant difference in the handling of different cases. It is crucial for prospective clients to be aware of these contrasting perspectives.

From a promotional standpoint, the positive review could be used to highlight Mr. Hendricks' personable demeanor and the initial comfort clients might feel when engaging his services. Phrases like "warmest, kind Gentleman" and the immediate sense of being in the "right lawyer" could be emphasized. However, the serious allegations and negative outcome described in the second review cannot be ignored and would significantly temper any promotional efforts based solely on the positive feedback. Any objective introduction must present both sides of the client experiences. It would be essential for Peter Hendricks, Esq to address the concerns raised in the negative review internally and potentially offer a public response to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and ethical practice.

For local users in New Brunswick seeking a "Nearby Lawyer" for family law matters, Peter Hendricks, Esq offers a local office on Paterson Street. However, the drastically different client experiences shared online necessitate careful consideration. While one reviewer speaks positively of his demeanor, another recounts a deeply negative experience with the firm's handling of a custody case, alleging financial exploitation and a failure to provide adequate representation that led to a loss of custody. Potential clients must weigh these conflicting accounts and conduct thorough due diligence before deciding to engage Peter Hendricks, Esq for their legal needs. This might include seeking additional reviews or references, and definitely involves a detailed consultation to discuss their specific case, the attorney's experience in similar matters, and the firm's approach to client communication and representation. The serious nature of the allegations in the negative review warrants a cautious approach from prospective clients.

In conclusion, Peter Hendricks, Esq is a local lawyer in New Brunswick, NJ, reportedly practicing in family law. Online reviews present a stark contrast in client experiences. One client describes a positive initial impression of warmth and kindness, while another details a severely negative experience involving perceived overcharging and inadequate representation in a custody battle, leading to a loss of custody. Local users considering Peter Hendricks, Esq for their family law needs must be aware of these conflicting reports and exercise significant caution, conducting thorough research and seeking detailed information about his experience and approach before making a decision. The serious allegations in the negative review should be carefully considered as part of this evaluation process.
