  • hired Phillip and his team which consisted of him an his partner nick. Everything was good till nick left who mainly handled my case. We were assured by Mr rose we had this and delt with him going into trial. When we got to court for trial. He buckled with his new team. Everything went out the window. He was not the same person we had hired. We ended up taking a deal. Because he wasn't the confident lawyer we hired. It was a change from 1 day to the next. But once we left the court room after the ruling. we were ghosted. My settlement I never got. Phil wouldn't return my calls emails. He even ran me and my husband outside his office and again when we saw him in Tahoe he didn't wan to answer why we couldn't get a hold of him and took off running. Still to this day almost 10years later I have not see our settlement and Phil which I'm sure athis point he probably stole as he was supposed to get the payment then give to us. Don't use him he isn't what he seems he will fight and fill your head with all good things. Then will cave and you'll never hear from him. I mean is it to much to get what you pay for or your settlement. You don't expect your atterny to ghost or run away unless they have something to hide.
