Disrespectful, inappropriate personal diss of opposing litigant in school district defamation lawsuit. Junior associate fails to provide vigorous representation - which is paid for by taxpayers on behalf of S.D. school district. Bar rules demand respectful words & actions toward *all* parties. Paul Plevin firm fails in this specific regard. Points must be made by sworn officers of the court without taunting & sneering statements.
