Patrick Shin Attorney At Law Introduce

Welcome to the "Nearby Lawyers" category, a platform designed to connect local users with legal professionals in their vicinity. Today, we present an introduction to Patrick Shin Attorney At Law, located at 51 John F Kennedy Pkwy 1st floor, Short Hills, NJ 07078, USA. It is crucial for users of our platform to have access to objective information to aid in their decision-making process when selecting legal counsel. The following introduction is based solely on the available online reviews for Patrick Shin Attorney At Law.

The provided feedback from a client who hired Patrick Shin Attorney At Law for will preparation in November 2020 raises significant concerns regarding the firm's service and communication. According to this review, the will preparation process took an extended period of over eight months to complete, leading the clients to nearly lose hope of its finalization. The client also described the initial drafts as "very sloppy" and containing "numerous errors."

Furthermore, the review details multiple instances of delays attributed to personal excuses provided by Mr. Shin, including a two-week lack of response due to illness allegedly related to the Covid vaccine (not actual Covid), family member illness, and issues with personal assistants located in Texas. These repeated delays and excuses reportedly led to a negative experience for the clients during the initial will preparation process.

Subsequent to the will preparation, the clients required a revision involving what they described as a "simple edit of a few lines." Despite having already paid for this revision as part of the initial service, the clients reported significant difficulties in getting the revision completed. According to the review, multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered. The client stated that, as of the time of their review, they had been attempting to reach the office for the past year without success, noting that "no one ever answers the phone and nothing has been done." This lack of responsiveness and the inability to reach the office raise serious concerns about the firm's accessibility and client communication.

The client further expressed a strong negative opinion, advising others to "Avoid at all costs." They also raised doubts about the authenticity of other reviews potentially found on Mr. Shin's website, suggesting they might be fabricated due to the generic names used (e.g., John, Jennifer Smith, Michael Johnson). This accusation, while not verifiable based solely on the provided information, should be noted by potential clients as a point of caution to consider when conducting their own research.

Another brief but direct review simply stated, "Don't use this attorney at all." This concise and unambiguous negative feedback reinforces the concerns raised in the more detailed review, suggesting a pattern of dissatisfaction from at least two independent clients.

Given the serious nature of the allegations in these reviews, including prolonged delays, errors in legal documents, consistent lack of communication, and concerns about the authenticity of other testimonials, local users in Short Hills, New Jersey, should exercise extreme caution when considering Patrick Shin Attorney At Law for their legal needs. The inability to reach the office for an extended period, as reported by a client, is particularly concerning, especially in time-sensitive legal matters or in situations where urgent communication is required.

The address, 51 John F Kennedy Pkwy 1st floor, Short Hills, NJ 07078, indicates a physical office location in a commercial area. However, the reported difficulties in contacting the office via phone raise questions about the accessibility and operational efficiency of the practice. Potential clients may find it challenging to schedule consultations, receive updates on their cases, or obtain necessary legal assistance if the office is consistently unresponsive.

Due to the severely negative feedback regarding the firm's service, communication, and the quality of work, it would be prudent for local users to thoroughly investigate other legal options available in the Short Hills and surrounding areas. Our "Nearby Lawyers" category offers a platform to explore alternative attorneys who may have a more established track record of positive client experiences and reliable service.

It is important to note that this introduction is based solely on the provided online reviews, and it is possible that there are other perspectives or experiences that are not reflected here. However, the detailed and highly critical nature of the available feedback warrants careful consideration by anyone contemplating engaging Patrick Shin Attorney At Law for legal services.

In conclusion, while Patrick Shin Attorney At Law has a physical office in Short Hills, NJ, the available online reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the firm's service, communication, and the quality of their legal work, specifically in the area of estate planning. Local users are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and to conduct thorough due diligence, including seeking out additional information and considering alternative legal representation in the area. The reported issues of significant delays, errors in legal documents, lack of communication, and doubts about the authenticity of other reviews should be carefully weighed when making a decision about legal counsel.

We hired Patrick to do our wills in Nov. 2020. It took over 8 months for it to be completed. At some point we had lost hope that it would ever be done. The initial drafts were very sloppy and contained numerous errors. We were always given multiple personal excuses for the continued delays (i.e. no response for 2 weeks due to being too sick from the Covid vaccine not actual Covid, family member illness, personal assistants flooded in TX, etc.). Not long afterwards, we needed a will revision--we did not want to continue using him but it was already included in the price and involved a simple edit of a few lines. Multiple phone call/emails have gone unanswered. As of now, we have attempted to reach this office for the past year--no one ever answers the phone and nothing has been done. If you actually died and needed help with your estate there is no way anyone could ever reach this guy. Avoid at all costs. Also I believe the reviews he has on his website are fake— just look at the names— John, Jennifer Smith, and Michael Johnson?
