I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience with lawyer Patrick Christmas, who provided what can only be described as abysmal legal representation in a case involving a motor vehicle accident with the DC Police Department in 2012. My mother, who had the right of way, was involved in an accident with a DCPS officer who failed to use lights and sirens while disregarding a stop sign. The case seemed straightforward, as the officer's negligence was apparent, especially when considering the road layout back in 2012, visible on Google Maps. However, Mr. Christmas's performance in court was nothing short of a disgrace. Instead of diligently representing our case, he was seen laughing and socializing with others in the courtroom, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and dedication. It was as if he treated our serious matter as a joke, completely disregarding the gravity of the situation. Despite the simplicity of the case and the overwhelming evidence in our favor, Mr. Christmas failed to secure a favorable outcome. His incompetence and lack of commitment were not only frustrating but also embarrassing. It is disheartening to witness someone entrusted with the responsibility of justice treat their clients with such negligence and disrespect. I strongly advise anyone considering legal representation to steer clear of Patrick Christmas. His demeanor in court and inability to handle even straightforward cases make him an unreliable and untrustworthy choice. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking legal assistance elsewhere – anywhere but with this laughing stock of a lawyer. In conclusion, my experience with Patrick Christmas was nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking competent legal representation.

I had the most horrified experience with Atty Christmas back in 2014. I had an awful car accident whereas I bought a brand new Avalon Toyota. The gas pedal stuck on the car. I suffered a broken nose, cervical injuries and lumbar a black eye and traumatic experience. I called Attorney Christmas office multiple times to find out the status on my case and He was never available. His assistant promised me that he was on top of my case and to find out it was a da@@ lie. As a result of his negligence, my insurance claimed my car without him collecting the parts and Attorney Christmas not having my car seal for evidence. I went to several other attorneys and they both informed me that he did nothing to preserve the car and did a lousy job in representing me. I would not recommend this attorney to a dog. He puts an awful taste in my mouth every time I think of him.

Patrick Christmas is a joke i used him for a simple case he buddy up with the firm i was suing and I lost my case.

I will never use him again in life. He caused me to lose my case. Not a good attorney at all.

Very caring always straight forward does not bs you or overcharge great man.
