This positive feedback highlights his ability to address client questions and guide the process to a successful conclusion without unexpected issues. This suggests a proficiency in the intricacies of real estate transactions, which can be a significant asset for individuals buying or selling property in the White Plains area.
However, another client review presents a contrasting experience. This review indicates a positive initial consultation that created an impression of a responsive lawyer, followed by a period of difficulty in contacting Mr. Longobucco. The positive review suggests that Pat Longobucco, Esq. possesses these qualities, at least in some instances, particularly in the context of real estate closings. The client's statement about a successful process with no surprises indicates attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Conversely, the negative review points to a potential inconsistency in responsiveness, which can be a significant source of frustration for clients needing timely updates and guidance on their legal matters. I had the opportunity to work with Pat on a closing. Pat was very helpful and responsive. He addressed all of my questions and saw the process through successfully and with no surprises. I will certainly use Pat's services in the future and recommend him without hesitation.
Great at initial consultation which gave me an impression of a responsive lawyer then became hard to contact for my case for about a month. E-mails replies were far and few in between, and calls were never returned.
Excellent and high quality service and a great guy to work with. Would highly recommend.
