Pansing Law Office Introduce
For users in Taiwan searching the "Nearby Lawyers" category, the primary focus is on connecting with legal professionals within Taiwan's legal jurisdiction. However, in our increasingly interconnected world, individuals from Taiwan may encounter situations requiring legal assistance in other countries, such as the United States. Pansing Law Office is a legal practice based in Nebraska, in the United States, with a dedicated focus on criminal defense. While not a "nearby lawyer" in the local Taiwanese sense, understanding their areas of expertise and the general characteristics of a US-based criminal defense law firm can offer valuable insights, particularly for individuals from Taiwan who may face criminal charges or legal proceedings within the United States, specifically in Nebraska.
Although Pansing Law Office is located in the United States, the environment of a reputable criminal defense law office typically shares common characteristics aimed at providing effective and confidential legal representation. Clients can generally expect a setting that prioritizes discretion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to protecting their rights. While a local Taiwanese criminal defense lawyer would be deeply embedded in Taiwan's criminal justice system and cultural context, understanding the operational principles of a US-based firm provides a broader perspective on legal service delivery in this critical area of law.

Art is a great negotiator and a damn good lawyer. He is fair, knowledgeable, and flexible. Well worth your money. My family and I worked with Art for about a year and a half on a real estate related case. We bought a mountain cabin and the sellers did not disclose structural problems. It was a nightmare. Art helped us resolve the case to our satisfaction and was a great adviser, negotiator and lawyer all throughout. I met with several lawyers before hiring Art. What sold me was that Art listened, became engaged in our case, and worked WITH us to get results. Hopefully you don't need a lawyer. But if you do, Art is your man. And worth every dime.
I called in to Pansing law, after Arthur Pansing picked up the phone I introduced myself and he immediately replied "ok what do you need" in a very rude tone, after I started explaining my case he interrupted me rudely again and said I don't do those good luck with your case , very unprofessional. His website clearly says if he cant help he will inform you and refer me to someone that is. That's clearly not what happened...
Art is fantastic at what he does! He helped me in depth with contracts and licenses for starting my business, and continues to help me after. A very knowledgeable man with a lot of great information regarding contracts and law. Highly recommended!
