There is no better option than Lauren and her team as a first time home buyer, or as any home buyer for that matter! We closed 11/19/24 I will use her for all my future purchases and would recommend her to anyone that’ll listen! Lauren’s no BS attitude combined with her vast knowledge-base made for the perfect combination during my home buying process. I had so much anxiety because I knew so little about the process as a first time buyer, but Lauren (and Valery) were there every step of the way to keep me informed and at ease. She fought for me to get a credit from the seller (that I didn’t expect to get), were able to negotiate closing details when we ran into issues with my loan, and made sure no detail went unnoticed when it came to my contract.
