September , 2004 This poor, one-star rating is applied to Jessica Alt and Gary Werley of Padfield & Stout, due to their poor communication, misrepresentation of my interests, and errors on a legal document. Jessica Alt immediately severed the relationship via email when their misrepresentation was brought to Alt and Werley's attention. A third attorney, partner, told me the culture of Padfield & Stout is to immediately sever the relationship with the client when the attorney is at fault and if there is a problem. They do not like to deal with upset clients and prefer to sever the relationship than take responsibility for the situation they caused. A fourth attorney I talked to about this situation, a founding partner, confirmed they would have no additional role as the relationship is severed. Potential clients and employees can benefit from real-life reviews like mine. Additionally, check the State Bar of Texas for filed Grievances when considering lawyers.

I've worked with this law firm for many years, and their unwavering integrity and commitment to their clients are truly exceptional. They consistently act with vigilance and dedication, always prioritizing their clients best interests.

Do not use this law firm they are criminals that file false documents with the bank to take your money. My husband purchased a truck from a company that always broke down so getting the truck fix cause him to get behind on the payments. So the company file a lawsuit against my husband. So my husband file bankruptcy. They also file against me and the company. My husband bankruptcy attorney told me because the contract was in my husband name I didn't need to file for bankruptcy. The finance company would not go with the deal that the bankruptcy attorney proposal so. The agreement was that my husband would give the truck back. So my husband gave the truck back and the finance company stated that they will not go after ne nor my husband. The attorney above went to the court on 07/01/2021 and pulled case that he could garnish which he didn't read that the truck was return. So this attorney charge me 12 months of payment with interest and too that paperwork too the bank without giving me any notice. When I spoke with him he stated 5hat he don't have to notify to garnish my bank account. He said that he can file with the court when he get ready. And the court will notify me at that time. He took paperwork to the bank and took my money, my husband and son money for s truck that was return a year ago.

This group has no morals and NO concept of laws or the civil rights and acts which protect disabled individuals. They are willing to defend people who harass disabled people for simply existing with their service dogs. If they cant even understand the ADA they have no business being in law. Not to mention the lack of professionalism & response ignoring letters of intent.

They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and breaking the law. They have harassed and kicked out multiple disabled people. One pair because they was sitting with their trained service animals, taking a break from walking because of their disabilities and one of the works flipped out on them and demanded they leave and are banned for Literally sitting there! Other two disabled women was harassed and screamed at for 4 hrs for simply being there with their service dogs. They kindly try to educate them but instead banned them. They are currently using them and they are trying to ignore them by not answering emails nor phone calls.. please think twice before going here.. they are extremely rude(even if you don't have service animal) and so unprofessional. God forbid you say something against them. They're pathetic and horrible people. Never in my life have I ever seen such horrible people. Not only are they rude but they are harassing people and breaking the law. They have done this to multiple people. Please don't shop here
