Jarrod Oxendine and Lily Smith did a wonderful job handling my divorce. They made a very hard time in my life as easy as it could be and I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. They were extremely knowledgeable and straight forward with me. I would recommend them for anyone going through a divorce.

Jared is a phenomenal attorney. His office is well organized and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. From my first conversation with Jared, he promised to fight for me and that he did. When working my case, he left no stone unturned. He made a challenging situation more manageable. Would definitely use this firm again.

I have hired Oxendine Law twice now for custody related matters post divorce. Because of them I now have more time with my daughter. That's all I wanted. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to an unforseen resignation by the paralegal that was handling my second case. Due to no fault of their own it took a while for the firm to get back to me considering the amount of cases they had to distribute and add onto other lawyers plates. That being said once Sara Miltiades was assigned to my case via Christine Palmer everything began to move. In Sara I had a point of communication, someone I could trust with personal questions in which she gave honest realistic responses and professionalism. Then Dillon Mackel went through mediation with me and I was very pleased.

I was charged over $30,000 for what should have taken less than one month as I had a court date when I hired the firm and a decision-making reason for hiring this firm. I had unnecessary double representation multiple times when not needed for meetings and the court hearing, a complete disregard for my funds and hard-earned money and savings, the documents I had with me at court ended up being what was used at the hearing even though they had been sent the same paperwork and charged heavily for going through the paperwork, attention to detail was lacking. My hearing was delayed a couple of times due to the firm, and the legal fees could not be justified on paper, even when asking the opposing party for legal fees. I had some funds in my account and completely felt taken advantage of. The inflation of billing was financially devastating. The postponement of the trial dates when they were hired, specifically with a hefty retainer to appear on the scheduled court date, was also frowned upon as a delay tactic by the opposing party and court and contributed to a judgment of paying the other party's fees. I would not recommend this firm, especially if you have funds or savings they will know about. One of the worst decisions I've made financially and in representation was choosing this firm.

I engaged Oxendine Law to represent me on a divorce matter. It was supposed to be a uncontested mediation but of course became much more complicated. Mr. Oxendine provided great advise during negotiations and got me the best results possible. His office staff is very professional. I cannot recommend Oxendine Law enough. You can rest assured you will get the best representation.
