Ogletree Deakins Introduce

Welcome to Nearby Lawyers, your local online platform for finding legal resources in your community. Today, we focus on Ogletree Deakins, a law firm located at 695 Town Center Dr, 15th floor, in Costa Mesa, CA 92626, USA. As a firm specializing in labor and employment law, Ogletree Deakins typically represents employers in a variety of legal matters related to the workplace. Understanding the firm's environment and gaining insights from available client feedback is crucial for local users, particularly other businesses, who may be considering their services. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Ogletree Deakins based on the limited client reviews available.

Ogletree Deakins operates from a prominent office building in the Town Center area of Costa Mesa, occupying the entire 15th floor. This suggests a significant and well-established presence within the local business district. The high-floor location in a modern office building typically indicates a sophisticated and well-resourced legal practice, equipped to handle complex labor and employment law matters for their clients. The environment would likely include numerous offices for attorneys, conference rooms for client meetings and internal discussions, extensive administrative and support staff areas, and advanced technological infrastructure necessary for managing legal cases and client communications. The location within a business hub underscores their focus on serving the corporate and employer community in the region.

Based on the explicit statement in one of the reviews, Ogletree Deakins is a law firm that specializes in labor and employment law. This field of law encompasses a wide range of issues related to the employer-employee relationship, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, workplace safety, union relations, and compliance with various state and federal labor laws. The review also mentions that the firm represents Sprouts Farmers Market, indicating that they act as legal counsel for businesses in the retail sector on employment-related matters. While the full spectrum of their labor and employment law services is not detailed in the provided information, it is reasonable to assume they offer comprehensive legal support to employers across various industries.

The two available client reviews present a starkly negative perspective on Ogletree Deakins and, specifically, the actions of attorney Amber Roller in her representation of Sprouts. One reviewer accuses the firm, through attorney Roller, of instructing Sprouts to violate access for blind and disabled individuals at their Costa Mesa store. The specific allegations include placing large cardboard boxes of food in front of disabled parking spots and over the yellow truncated domes designed to aid blind individuals in detecting their entry into traffic. The reviewer describes this alleged behavior as "disgusting" and illegal, noting that Sprouts had reportedly been cited for illegally storing food outside. The reviewer further claims that it required intervention from a government employee to stop Sprouts from this conduct, and that attorney Amber Roller of Ogletree Deakins encouraged such illegal behavior.

The second review is even more concise and unequivocally negative, stating that Ogletree Deakins is "the worst firm" and labeling them as "a bunch of liars." The reviewer expresses hope that others will realize they are "horrible." This feedback, while brief, conveys a strong sense of dissatisfaction and distrust in the firm's practices or outcomes experienced by this individual.

Given the severely negative nature of the limited client feedback, it is challenging to identify positive features of Ogletree Deakins from this information. The reviews raise serious concerns about the firm's ethical conduct, particularly regarding the alleged encouragement of illegal behavior that impacts the accessibility rights of disabled individuals. The accusations of dishonesty further compound these concerns. It is crucial to acknowledge that these are the perspectives of only two individuals, and there may be other clients who have had different experiences with the firm. However, in the absence of any positive reviews or information from the firm itself, these negative accounts cannot be ignored by potential clients.

Due to the entirely negative nature of the available client feedback, it is impossible to present any positive promotional information for Ogletree Deakins based solely on this data. Typically, a law firm might promote its expertise in labor and employment law, its track record of success in representing employers, the experience and qualifications of its attorneys, or its commitment to providing effective and ethical legal counsel. However, the provided reviews directly contradict these potential promotional points, alleging unethical behavior and dishonesty. Therefore, based on this information alone, there is no basis for recommending Ogletree Deakins to potential clients.

For local users in Costa Mesa, particularly employers seeking labor and employment law counsel, the available client reviews for Ogletree Deakins paint a concerning picture. The allegations of encouraging illegal behavior that violates disability access laws and the accusation of dishonesty are serious and should be carefully considered. While every business needs legal representation, it is crucial to choose a firm that operates ethically and with integrity. Potential clients considering Ogletree Deakins should conduct thorough due diligence, seek information from multiple sources, and potentially consult with other labor and employment law firms in the Costa Mesa area to compare reputations and client experiences. The negative feedback provided here serves as a significant warning and underscores the importance of careful selection when it comes to legal representation.

As a platform committed to providing local users with information about nearby lawyers, Nearby Lawyers emphasizes the importance of considering all available feedback when making a decision about legal counsel. The severely negative reviews for Ogletree Deakins highlight the potential risks involved and strongly suggest that prospective clients should exercise extreme caution and conduct extensive research before engaging this firm for their labor and employment law needs. It is always advisable to seek out firms with a proven track record of ethical conduct and positive client experiences.

This is a labor and employment law firm. It represents Sprouts and has instructed Sprouts through attorney Amber Roller to violate access for the blind and disabled, by Sprouts placing large cardboard boxes full of food for sale in front of disabled parking spots and over the yellow truncated domes for the blind to place their cane or other device on to know they are entering traffic. Disgusting. Illegal to store food outside at their Costa Mesa store and Sprouts has been cited. Took a government employee to stop Sprouts from such hateful conduct, while Ogletree Deakins firm attorney Amber Roller encouraged such illegal behavior!
