• If I could give a zero star, I would!! Absolutely the worst human being I've had to deal with of course only after he has gotten his retainer from you. Once he has your money, he forgets who you are till it's time to continue a court date because it suits his lawyer buddies. If you are looking for somebody to milk you for every dime they can to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This is your guy.

• This place is a joke, I say this as a person who shares the same last name. No one in that office has given me any help or answers. I asked John o'malley for some help concerning an expungment. He say it would be 2k and he could do it in 2 weeks this was last year 2023 around july or so....it has now been 8ish+ months and any msgs I leave or calls I made after the first month have been damn near ignored. I have pics of the inbox on the website showing my sent and received msgs. Last one was October of 2023. As a distant family relative who reached out in the hopes a fellow family member would help, I do not appreciate that a man who has my same last name has done me such disrespect. To take my money, give me false info, and then ghost me. As far as I'm concerned he doesnt deserve the o'malley name and anyone who uses his services should rethink it. He should be ashamed of the way he runs his business. Ps. To the comment leaver. You have my number just as much as I have yours,I should not have to chase you. John omalley told me I should not call him anymore. He told me b.c i was calling looking for updates too often he said this to me the first month of trying to get him to do what I paid him to do. So yes I haven't called. But I have left about 7 msgs on your website. Last one responded too was October. All done on The site i was told to use. And yes we are related.l to a degree, We share the same name and essentially the same blood to a point. Im calliing out his behaviors towards people. If you are defending his behavior your part of the problem. Update: I had to find out by calling the expungment office that my expungment failed....2k$ down the drain, and I had to find out by someone who wasn't my lawyer.
• Mr. O’Malley was the worst, most unprofessional attorney I have ever met. In the span of 8 months he didn’t read one document he requested, didn’t follow up on anything he said he was going to do, did not return phone calls, emails, or messages in the portal, and didn’t do one thing to earn the $4500 he received for services. He was rude, crude, vulgar(calling to opposing attorney gross nicknames), demeaning toward the client, lazy (asking the client to find documents in his files that he requested). He yelled at an old woman. He asked the same questions every time as if it was his first time meeting the client. Then when the answers to those questions finally got through to his fat head, he said he couldn’t do anything without more money. I would recommend anyone to Stay away unless they want to lose. He also could not provide a notary public, told the client he needed to have documents notarized and when 3 different notaries refused to notarize because all the parties had to be present to sign he said it was fine. He is totally horrible!
