Jay O’Brien and his staff were excellent in their representation of me through my divorce. Everything, from start to finish, was explained to me and I never had to wonder what was going on with my case. Emails and phone calls were always returned quickly. I would suggest Jay and his team to anyone in need of a great family attorney. Things went smooth even though the whole process happened during Covid. Jay O'Brien is a garbage human being who does not care about his clients. All he cares about is his bank account. He will drag your case out as long as possible so he can keep charging you. Working with him did not bring any resoultion to my life. He literally doesnt care if he is taking food off your childrens plate with his insane fees. He will file a bunch of motions , charge you for them & then never even file them. He also gives the top quality advice of "open up a credit card & put my fees on there" .He says it's to help you "keep track of your fees " but really it is to ensure he gets his money & leaves you in financial ruin. He is a dirtbag & proves true the horrible stereotypes of attorneys. Go see Jay if you want to feel disrespected & taken advantage of. He lives to drag it all out & drop you once he steals all of your money.
