If I could go lower I would. I paid them what they wanted and was told they had an agreement for $270 a month for a total of $20,000. I began sending $300 a month and the IRS took my tax returns. I was good with that. Then I got a notice that they were going to attach my bank account. No body at National Tax Relief would respond with anything but it was because of COVID. That was over two years in I then found out the IRS was never contacted and there was no agreement. I now owe $45,000 more than I did. My CPA has called, my financial advisor has called. No body is available no body returned phone calls and we have been hung up on countless times.
Gave them our savings and got strung along and lied to for 6+ years. They lied about doing our taxes and lied about submitting for an offer and compromise. Had to hire a lawyer to get actual help fixing what they should have done years ago. Now someone that supposedly works there is telling me I’m lying- when all she has to do is ask Robert herself. I have plenty of paperwork, emails and correspondence from Robert that started in 2016. I’m happy to post them if you’re going to insinuate that I’m lying. You email me for a review and then go ahead and lie about when you even started doing business with me. How about you give my money back for scamming me and not threaten me and start a legal battle
