Ms. Frieda Gordon Introduce

For individuals and businesses in Taiwan seeking legal counsel in Santa Monica, California, Ms. Frieda Gordon operates a law practice located at 2530 Wilshire Blvd # 2, Santa Monica, CA 90403. Situated on Wilshire Boulevard, this location offers accessibility within a well-established area of Santa Monica. The second-floor office likely provides a professional setting for client meetings and legal work. However, specific details regarding the office environment or amenities are not available from the provided information.

Based on the limited information available, Ms. Frieda Gordon appears to offer legal services in the area of estate planning. One client review specifically mentions that Ms. Gordon prepared their estate plan, including a Trust and Will, and that she did an excellent job. This client also noted that her fees were reasonable and that she was accommodating to their out-of-town schedule, completing the work quickly and efficiently. This positive feedback suggests expertise in drafting estate planning documents and providing services to clients who may not be local to the Santa Monica area.

However, it is crucial to consider other feedback provided. Two reviews express significant dissatisfaction with Ms. Gordon's services, detailing negative experiences related to a different type of legal matter. One reviewer described their experience as the "worst ever," alleging that Ms. Gordon acted contrary to their interests, provided poor advice, and incurred substantial and unexpected charges. This reviewer claimed to have been billed $400 for an initial consultation and requested a $5,000 retainer that was quickly depleted, leading to further significant invoices and financial strain. They also expressed concerns about Ms. Gordon's lack of care and focus on fees over client well-being.

Another negative review echoed similar sentiments, stating that Ms. Gordon is "not a good lawyer" and is primarily concerned with extracting money from clients, showing a lack of care for their emotional and financial outcomes. This reviewer strongly advised against hiring Ms. Gordon, suggesting that she would make the legal process more difficult and act against the client's best interests.

The stark contrast between the positive review regarding estate planning and the two highly negative reviews concerning a different, unspecified legal matter makes it challenging to provide a comprehensive and universally positive introduction. It is important for potential clients to weigh all available feedback carefully when considering legal representation. The positive review suggests competence and efficiency in estate planning, particularly for out-of-town clients. However, the negative reviews raise serious concerns about client service, billing practices, and the overall experience in other areas of law.

For individuals in Taiwan seeking legal assistance in Santa Monica, it is essential to consider the specific area of law for which they require representation. If the need is specifically for estate planning, the positive review indicates that Ms. Gordon may be a competent and efficient choice, particularly for those who may need to handle matters remotely. The reviewer's mention of reasonable fees is also a factor to consider.

However, if the legal need falls outside of estate planning, the strongly negative reviews should be given significant consideration. The allegations of poor client service, excessive billing, and a lack of focus on the client's best interests are serious and warrant careful evaluation. Potential clients should conduct thorough due diligence, possibly seeking additional reviews or references, and carefully discuss fees and billing practices upfront with any attorney they are considering hiring.

Given the conflicting feedback, it is not possible to offer specific promotional information or highlight definitive features of Ms. Gordon's practice beyond the area of estate planning, where one positive experience was reported. The negative experiences shared by other clients serve as a critical caution. For users in Taiwan, the challenges of long-distance legal representation already require a high degree of trust and clear communication with their attorney. The issues raised in the negative reviews regarding communication, billing transparency, and client advocacy are particularly pertinent for international clients who may have limited ability to oversee the legal process in person.

To make an informed decision, individuals in Taiwan should consider contacting Ms. Frieda Gordon's office at (310) 829-7220 or +1 310-829-7220 to discuss their specific legal needs and inquire about her experience in that particular area of law. It would be prudent to ask detailed questions about her consultation fees, retainer requirements, billing practices, and communication protocols for international clients. Additionally, seeking references or looking for reviews on other independent platforms may provide a more comprehensive understanding of her professional conduct and client satisfaction across different types of legal cases.

In conclusion, Ms. Frieda Gordon, located in Santa Monica, California, has received both positive feedback regarding estate planning services and significant negative feedback concerning other legal matters. While one client praised her efficiency, reasonable fees, and expertise in preparing estate planning documents for an out-of-town client, two other clients reported extremely negative experiences involving poor service, excessive billing, and a perceived lack of advocacy. Potential clients, especially those in Taiwan seeking legal assistance remotely, should carefully consider this mixed feedback and conduct thorough due diligence before deciding to engage her services.

Worst experience ever. First time I was using a lawyer because they are suppose to help you with your problem and help you with giving good advise and of course trying to get you the best deal; but in my case, Frieda Gordon instead of helping me was like my enemy here. All advices received from her were like if she was the lawyer from the other side trying to put me down and get the most out of me; which she did in terms of money and mentally, she drained me sooo much in a bad way. My experience a total disaster!!!! By hiring Frieda I only got and experience in hell and $$$ of ridiculous charges she made which I still haven't been able to pay, they are still in my credit card and i have to pay the interest already for more then a year. I though that by hiring her I was getting a good lawyer to help me going through my problem and instead Frieda Gordon only add more grief to the process and bill me extraordinary amounts of $$$4. She charged me $400 just for an initial consultation and ask for a $5,000 retainer that does not last a second. Frieda Gordon does know how to involved you and make you think you are in good hands and that you will get out at the end of the process a very good $$$ deal, which in my case the "good deal" was a large invoice from her with all her charges. Frieda Gordon is not a good lawyer, on top of everything she does not know anything about caring, she only thinks about how to get more money out of you and your case, but total careless about how you feel and if you at the end will be ok or not she does not give a s....t Do not hire Frieda if you are thinking on doing this, she will make your process more difficult; would be like "sleeping with the enemy" even though she is suppose to be on your side, but no!!!! Be careful!!!

Frieda Gordon prepared my estate plan. She did an excellent job. Her fees were reasonable and she accommodated my busy schedule as an out-of-town client to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a Trust and Will prepared with knowledge that they and their heirs will be fully protected.

Beware! I've lived my life by the principle that if you don't have something good to say, then don't say anything at all. However, in the case of Frieda Gordon, I have to make an exception. My experience (and I have heard the same from others since then) was a diaster. The time when you are going through a divorce is extremely difficult & a good lawyer will be an invaluable asset during the process. Yet, Frieda Gordon will only add more grief to the process and will bill you extraordinary amounts of money. A sign is she'll charge you $300 just for an initial consultation & she'll ask for a $5,000 retainer that will be used up in the first 2 weeks. She'll charge/bill you slowly, so by the time you notice, it will be too late....and you'll owe her literally 10's of thousands of dollars. In my case, I ultimately hired a paralegal who closed my case for less than $1000. For, my case was very, very simple and I had very little assets to divide between myself and my wife. However, working with Frieda cost my over $40,000 and she wasn't even half way through my case. In fact, she was still "gathering information" and never filed any substantial paperwork. She'll stoke the fire between you and your spouse as well, to help drive up the costs. And she'll call you to check in on "how you are doing" and then bill you $500 for the phone call. Her tactics are being very vague about your case and over communicating with you to get the same information over and over. Ultimately, she forced me into bankruptcy and sued me to collect the few thousand dollars that I still owned her. And worst of all, she has no idea about child custody and can't do anything for you. So if you have a child, keep this in mind! Best of luck on your search for a lawyer and best of luck on the difficult process of going through a divorce. Don't hire Frieda, she'll make the process so much more difficult than it already is.
