They are doing their best to help! Their team is very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to challenge a traffic ticket. I emailed them my speeding ticket and made the payment for their fee, over the phone. My case was set for trial in Clairemont Mesa Division (San Diego) which has reputation for being hard to contest. Mr. Ticket team postponed my original court date, and their attorney appeared on the scheduled court date, and were able to get my case dismissed :)

Mr. Ticket was very professional and helpful in dealing with my red light traffic ticket.
