ZERO stars!!! But u technically have to give one. After multiple calls and multiple e-mails sent for service, you wouldn't think a phone call or e-mail would be hard to respond to. However, e-mails or calls were NEVER returned. It's not that hard to give a simple reply saying, "Sorry, we will not take your case."
Had the opportunity to meet both Bob Motta & Allison Motta on a family case this year. Never have I felt so confident that my family had the right lawyers as representatives. I attended a family meeting and went to court to support my family. There was never a doubt in my mind that both Bob and Allison were totally prepared and applied professional litigation strategies. I highly recommend them.
In desperate need of a defense attorney... My trust for lawyers were slim to nothing! Back in 2015, my nightmare began. Hired an attorney who said she can take the case. Needless to say, she took my money and left my son sitting in the county and turned around to tell me she couldn't take the case any further because she was retiring. She referred another attorney who just reduced my sons bond and wanted him to take a plea after only being on the case for 6 months. On initial consultation with Mr Motta back in 2016. I sat with Bob,he listed to everything I had to say. It wasn't just "YES, sure I can take the case!" Mr Motta showed compassion. It was at that moment I had to make a decision. Finally, someone who was listening and not talking over me. I had trust in Mr Motta and was very much comfortable. May I say It has been the best decision I've ever made!! Our nightmare is over!!!
