This typically includes the drafting of wills, the creation of trusts, and advice on related matters such as powers of attorney and healthcare directives. One positive review explicitly recommends Moses & Moses, P.C. for any estate planning issues.
While the positive review highlights the firm's care for clients and the resulting positive outcomes in estate planning, another review presents a contrasting experience. This feedback details issues with communication and follow-through after an initial phone consultation. The client reported a delay in receiving promised information and multiple attempts to follow up without success, leading to a perception of unprofessionalism. This suggests that while some clients have had positive experiences, others have encountered challenges with the firm's administrative processes and communication.

The fact that the firm is a Professional Corporation (P.C.) indicates a specific legal structure for their practice, which may offer certain benefits related to liability and taxation for the attorneys involved. However, this is more of an internal organizational feature and may not directly impact the client experience, although it does reflect a level of formal establishment.
The positive review specifically recommends making Moses & Moses, P.C. the "first call" for estate planning issues, suggesting a belief in their expertise and effectiveness in this area of law. This endorsement comes from a client who appears to have had a positive experience with the firm's services and the outcomes achieved.

I had a scheduled meeting with one of the attorneys by phone on February 5, 2021. During the middle of call, the attorney requested to FaceTime and I accepted. The attorney noted that she would send me an email with a questionnaire to see exactly what I needed in the will and trust for my elderly father. I'm assuming the attorney wanted to see what I looked like as a reason for requesting to FaceTime after several minutes of us talking. A few days later, I still had not received the email. I called and spoke to the receptionist and she said she would let the attorney know. I waited a few more days, called back again and a different receptionist said she would relay the message about the email from the attorney and she confirmed my email address. It is now February 26, 2021 and I still haven't heard back. I find this to be very unprofessional and would not recommend this law firm.
The attorneys and staff at Moses and Moses really care about their clients and it shows in the results they get for you. If you need help with any estate planning issues definitely make them your first call.
I have worked with several members of this law firm. I have always received diligent, thoughtful and thorough service for legal needs. I can recommend them without hesitation.
