Yesterday seeking a lawyer for the first time in my life, I reached out to Morgan & Morgan. I am 64 year old disabled man who is currently being bullied by a dental office. I understand the first person I spoke to directs my call to the right lawyer, but to be transferred three more times after giving a five minute description to each one seemed pointless and quite honestly very dismissive! It’s funny every time I was on hold I listened to a recording of your company touting your eagerness to help people being bullied. Kind of a hypocritical statement if you ask me. The last woman I spoke to interrupted my conversation several times and it became quickly apparent I wasn’t a case worth her time. Why did you need my name and date of birth? Did that information play a role in your decision? Where does my information go after you acquire it? I’m just a senior citizen living on a minuscule Social Security income. I guess I’ll try to find someone who will fight for the little man. God bless America.

Impressive office location in plantation. See them advertise on TV often, but I don't really know much about them. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I can't really give them a fair rating since it's just a recent brief encounter. Thus far I believe that I can offer a favorable opinion. More to be revealed.

DO NOT USE MORGAN AND MORGAN!!! The worst service and outcome ever! I used them and regret it. They farm out work to other lawyers. The one I had sucked! I was run over by a car 4 years ago and the "lawyer" told me I didn't have a strong case. They offered $11,000 after over a year! The communication was poor and condescending. DO NOT USE MM!

My accident was in September and I was rear ended at a complete stop and I done everything that I was supposed to do as far as going to doctors appointments, therapy, getting all the reports and paperwork. It’s now April and it’s hard to get in touch with the case manager and attorney for my case. The people who I talked to are both evasive and deceptive as far as giving me information about my case. The client portal doesn’t work properly and doesn’t update any information about my case. I would not recommend or suggest using Morgan and Morgan.

Worst law firm I have ever dealt with, communication from the start was excellent, after they got my case it was downhill from there. My case got transferred 3 times, story after story. Their follow up was horrible, had to explain everything 3 times to each transfer of case. They didn’t return calls, or give updates without me calling many times and escalating. Yes they got me a settlement, however complete headache to deal with them. I will definitely not use them again. Bigger is not always better.
