My experience hasn't been the best. I feel like I'm constantly being tasked to make phone calls or given errands by my case manager which is frustrating for two reasons. One is that I haven't been able to reach my case manager. I find it disrespectful that I'm not a priority even though I'm one of her clients. The phone works both ways; I'm sick of calling only to get sent to voice mail. It's irritating because if they are going to get a cut of my settlement, they should at least work for it. I've told my case manager, through a voice-mail, that the police department doesn't take me seriously because I'm younger. I'm asking my legal team for help and they've done nothing for me. This process by itself is difficult, but it's even worse when the people you entrusted and hired aren't helping. The only pleasant experience I've had is with the medical team. When I reach out, my calls are answered or returned in a timely manner. Whenever I call or text my case manager I get no answer, or I'm asked to call at another time. It's always some other time, when will I finally be able to get through? That's crazy. I've told them I work a night shift job, and even though I got hit by a car, the world doesn't stop, so I still have to work. Another issue I have is that I've stated my availability is between 11am-5pm any other time I'm sleeping or working. I even try to call on my off days which is pointless because I still can't get through. I wish I could switch legal companies, but I don't want to start this process all over again. I'm currently at a standstill because I can't reach my case manager, and she hasn't tried to call me in weeks.
I would never refer anyone to Morgan & Morgan. You be dealing with to many people never can talk to anyone never return your calls. I have Rebecca Ramirez as my attorney all she did was tell lies, so I fired her & went to another law firm & I'm completely satisfied now Don't not hire Morgan & Morgan you will be very disappointed.

I call Morgan & Morgan about a seat belt recall on all types of vehicles. This law talk a good talk, but didn't show up for me to let me know if they would take on my case. I had to call at lease 3 or 4 times to get an answer, theirll right about when they said that all lawyers aren't the same, they didn't lie about that matter. I feel if you have to run ads to get clients in their office shouldn't have to be done. A real good business don't have to run ads of any kind. Word of mouth from people to people bring clients to any business, so both sides are happy for the good quality work they receive. Everything look good & sound good isn't always good for anybody.
The "SHORT"version: As I was in the process of walking out, but still in the optical sales area, I got "stuck" on the tile floor which made me loose my footing. I was wearing my Skechers rubber-soled shoes at the time. Later on, as I was lying on the tile floor waiting for the Ambulance to arrive, my bare hand touched a surface that felt like it may have been a substance that made the floor "Anti-slip". It felt like a surface that had minute stiff "hairs" which maybe altered my gait , thereby "tripping me up." All the while I was reaching for an ottoman that was in my path to keep me from falling. (Unfortunately, the ottoman was on wheels which partially rolled out from under me.) At that point, my right knee hit the floor, then I rolled off the ottoman & fell on my right elbow, still trying to "catch" myself.) "OUCH!!"
