Morgan and Morgan is an absolute joke people! Do not listen to there bogus lies and commercials! They are absolutely in no way "for the people" they are all about self and that's it! I lost over 10 grand from missing work and didn't even get half that much back! And had to pay for my medical expenses out of pocket! Those crooks are making bank off of innocent people that do not know what to do! Please if you know what's best you will contact someone other than these crooks!
For the past two and half years Jonathan and Juli have been taking care of not just my case, but also me. I was injured at work. The chaos that ensued after that was unbearable. My company and their HR totally dropped the ball. The insurance company was an equal mess. I was about to lose my eye and they couldn't even get their paperwork in order. I was referred to Jonathan and it only took about two minutes of talking to him to know that I was finally going to get some help. They took care of everything. Time after time, the insurance company held up care with not doing the proper authorizations and wasting time at doctors that told me they didn't understand why I was being required to see them for such a specialized injury they couldn't treat. Each time there was an overwhelming issue, the team at Morgan and Morgan got to work and got it resolved so fast! They always did a great job of explaining things to me and keeping me informed. I can't even imagine having to go through all of that on my own. There were so many problems in the work comp process! All I ever had to do was reach out to my team. They handled it. They really didn’t do anything for us except get our normal vehicle insurance claim that we could have gotten on our own. The pain we went through from our car wreck was extreme. They treated us as run of the mill clients and we did not appreciate them treating us as ‘just another way to get some money’
No help at all. The specialist just kept reading an obvious script that popped up stating that they could not help do to eligibility issues. I was trying to file an appeal based on a decision that we just got today, that was NOT denied due to eligibility, rather symptom severity. When I asked what that meant she just kept reading a script saying the same thing over and over. I filed the claim with SSA I was found eligible to file for benefits. The would not even transfer me to someone that could explain it better. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if I could give less than 1 star I would!
