Mark Gauthier was my attorney. He initially walked me through the process during the free consultation. He was supportive and nonjudgmental and explained everything clearly to me. Throughout my case I mostly worked with Melissa in the Chapter 13 Department. She answered many questions I had and always treated me with the utmost respect. The entire staff at Miller and Miller was extremely professional at all times and helped me get through one of the most difficult and stressful situations of my life. I highly recommend this firm. This is the worst, immigration law firm. The Ana representative had called me a few months ago to ask to delete my bad review because i stated that when i had a conference with her and 2 other colleagues Cristian or cristopher guy (another person aswell)that he first handled my case never gave me any updates for over a month and never even studied my case!!, when they did the conference it looked like they ddnt know what they were talking about it, reading it right there and then. and i got answers from the police department in 1 day from what he couldnt do in 1+ month...She had stated if i had any questions to call her or send her a message. I tried, yet no answer at all. I had to go in person to the office to see what was happening and the lady from there had to call her to see aswell.After i was told she'd answer any question i had.. to my surprise she had said,"she had her phone on airplane mode or mute, because she had other customers to attend at the time" i found that disrespectful because it made me feel like i wasnt even a cutomer... Disrespectful and unprofessional, 1500 for nothing, i get i had to pay about 80% but. None of my questions were ever answered, thats why i stopped calling or going. Thanks.. but for nothing. All i got from them was 1 paper for those 1500...not cool..
Before I talked to my new friend Romain, like the lettuce, but without the E, I honestly wanted to crawl in a hole. I have been beat up pretty bad by debt collectors, especially this one called Sally the soul killer, and I called for some advice. Not only did they have great response time, but they listen and give you all your options and the best options. For some reason, the universe led me to them, and I couldn’t be more happy and hopeful. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and they don’t make you feel like any of your questions are dumb or annoying. Excellent and effective communicators!
