John was extremely dishonest. He agreed to lower his bill if we did not go to trial, he did not do what he promised. He then inflated his bill and sent me to a collection company after he had been paid for everything up front. I would not recommend this attorney, he missed court dates, he got confused and did the same deposition twice. He is not a good or honest attorney in my opinion. I would certainly never recommend him, and should you use him, watch your bill and time spent with him, document everything, he is very dishonest.

I am writing this mainly to counter the one bad review John received. I have know John (and his family) my whole life. I have used his services and recommended his services to clients for many years. I have never known him to be anything but honest and proficient in his work and personal life. I have never referred anyone whoever had problems with him either.

Mediation can be particularly beneficial in family law cases, helping parties reach agreements on sensitive topics with the guidance of a neutral third party.

Legal practices typically do not run promotions in the same way retail businesses might. However, it's a common practice for attorneys to offer an initial consultation, which can sometimes be free or at a reduced rate. This allows potential clients to discuss their case, understand the attorney's approach, and learn about fee structures without a significant upfront commitment.
When you contact the office, it's always a good idea to inquire about their consultation policy and fee arrangements. Understanding the financial aspects of legal representation from the outset is crucial for effective planning and building a trusting client-attorney relationship.
