  • First I want to thank all of you at Midwest Disability and especially attorney Colleen O’Brien. Without you all I would not have been able to do it. After 1 year and 10 months my case was found fully favorable . While everyone’s situation is not the same this is what I experienced. During the application process for SSDI I was told to notify Midwest with any new updates. I made sure I did that. I was denied the first time. Midwest appealed it. I was denied again. I started to give up until I was told this could happen and it’s okay. Midwest then request a hearing with a ALJ. I had a telephone hearing with the ALJ , attorney Colleen O’Brien , and a couple others. Seventeen business days after the hearing is when I received the fully Favorable letter in mail. I’m now waiting on a letter to explain my benefit amount and when I’ll receive it. I’m sorry for this long message, but I’m sure it will help someone out there. So, with that being said I would highly recommend Midwest Disability. So, hang in there and do not give up. Good Luck to you all
  • From start to finish. The people who handle my disability case. Helped me with everything. If I called and had a question. The person I spoke with helped me or directed me to someone who could answer any and all questions I had. I very highly recommend them.
  • Everyone at Midwest Disability was helpful. It took a few years to get approved, BUT partial back pay was ordered and now I get a monthly check to assist with all my medical needs. Very professional and responsive. I can say working with Midwest Disability was a great experience.
  • I do not feel they dis their job. They expected me to get all of my medical records for them. Sorry but I hire a law firm I expect them to b do the legwork not me. I let them know where to get them from and then they still seemed to not be able to that correctly. Very incompetent in my eyes. Had to tell a few different people the same information multiple times. Seemed very unorganized. So do I recommend them??? No!!
  • Everyone put in their best work and diligence on my case and we won. Highly recommend Midwest Disability. They were so nice, asked questions and explained how the process worked, they made sure I understood each step. Ms Obrien was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease doing the whole process.
