Michelle C Sanchez PA Introduce

Welcome to Nearby Lawyers, your local platform for connecting with legal professionals. This listing provides information regarding Michelle C Sanchez PA, a law practice located at 1 South Dr, Miami Springs, FL 33166, USA. It is essential for local users seeking legal representation to carefully consider all available information, including feedback from previous clients, to make informed decisions.

Michelle C Sanchez PA operates from an office in Miami Springs, Florida. While the specific details of the office environment are not provided, the location offers accessibility for residents in and around the Miami Springs area. The practice can be reached at phone number (305) 461-1444 or mobile phone +1 305-461-1444 for inquiries and potential consultations.

Based on the available information, Michelle C Sanchez PA appears to focus on immigration law. However, it is crucial to note that several concerning reviews have been shared by individuals who have engaged the services of this practice. These reviews raise significant issues regarding fees, competency, and the handling of immigration cases.

One reviewer stated that they were charged a substantial amount of money for petitioning for their half-brother and sister, only to later find out that these individuals did not qualify. According to this review, despite being informed of this, a refund of $3,000 was not provided, leading the client to describe the experience as a "rip off" and to question the competence of the lawyer. The reviewer explicitly stated that this was not a false review and claimed to possess all receipts to support their account.

Another detailed and critical review outlines a deeply disappointing experience related to immigration waivers. The client recounts hiring Michelle C Sanchez PA to obtain two waivers: an I-212 for a deportation order and an I-601a for unlawful presence. The I-212 waiver was reportedly approved within six months. However, the I-601a waiver was denied after an extensive waiting period of 42 months (three and a half years). The reason for the denial, as stated in a letter from immigration, was that the I-212 waiver should have been approved *before* submitting the I-601a waiver. The reviewer alleges that due to "negligence, lack of interest, or ignorance of the law," both applications were submitted simultaneously, allegedly jeopardizing the case from the outset.

Furthermore, this reviewer claims that subsequent consultations with other immigration attorneys revealed that the I-212 waiver obtained was not the appropriate type for their wife's in-absentia deportation case, rendering the approved waiver useless. The client states that the needed waiver was denied due to the alleged error in the initial filing strategy. This resulted in a worsening of their family's immigration situation. The reviewer mentions being offered a $6,000 refund for "unused fees" out of the total amount paid (around $16,000), but expresses that this does not compensate for the wasted time, effort, and negative impact on their immigration status.

In a response to this review, Michelle C Sanchez PA (or a representative of the practice) acknowledged the return of $6,000 but disputed the sole responsibility for the negative outcome, suggesting other contributing factors. However, the client strongly refuted this, asserting that the failure of their case was directly attributable to the lawyer's actions and that the emotional and temporal damage caused was irreparable. The client further indicated their intention to file a formal complaint with the Florida Bar Association and stated that the accuracy of their review would stand or fall based on the Bar's findings.

Given these serious allegations and negative experiences shared by multiple clients, local users considering engaging Michelle C Sanchez PA for legal services, particularly in immigration law, are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution. It is recommended to thoroughly research and consider alternative legal counsel. The feedback suggests potential issues with case management, understanding of immigration procedures, communication, and billing practices.

While every legal practice may encounter challenges or dissatisfied clients, the nature and severity of the issues raised in these reviews warrant careful consideration. Potential clients should weigh this information heavily when making their decision and may want to seek consultations with other lawyers to compare expertise, fees, and client testimonials.

This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the publicly available information. It does not endorse or refute the claims made in the reviews but highlights the importance of due diligence when selecting a legal representative. Local users are encouraged to conduct their own thorough research and seek multiple opinions before making a final decision on legal counsel.

She charged us sooo much, even for me petioning my half brother and sister, $1,500 each.I found out they didnt qualify, and confronted her, she replied " right they don't qualify". And didn't refund $3,000.00. A rip off.and NO this is NOT a false review. All the money went to her account and nothing was solved!!! They didn't qualify! And I found out they didnt!! Completely incompetent, and refused to refund. I have all receipts!! ***************** No, my review is not defamatory. I petioned my father, the file was under my father's name and his wife. He flew from California to see you. I heard you on the radio and really thought you would help us. I will always regret recommending you to my dad. His wife passed. AND no I am an honest person, I would not post this review if it wasn"t true. And I have the right to express my experience. Hopefully what happened to me, won"t happen to anyone else. I wouldn"t have a problem giving you a 5☆ review. I always do when I get a 5☆ service. That's what reviews are for. Of I gave you a 1☆, it's because it's the lowest.

It is hard to find the words to express the sadness and hurt that Michelle caused my family. Because of her, we miss a unique opportunity, wasted money, effort and most importantly... time. Our process consisted of obtaining two waivers from immigration, I-212 for my wife's deportation order "in absentia", and I-601a for illegal stay. I-212 was approved by immigration in 6 months, and I-601 was denied by immigration after waiting 42 months (3 and a half years). Immigration sent us a letter explaining the reason for the denial, the letter says "By law, in order for the I-601A waiver to be approved, the applicant must have I-212 waiver filed and already approved before submitting the I-601A waiver. It is for this reason that we cannot approve your application." For some reason, due to negligence, lack of interest, or ignorance of the law, Michell sent in both applications at the same time. This meant that we never had a real chance of my wife's case being approved. we were doomed from day one. Furthermore, after consulting with other immigration attorneys about our case, we were told that the I-212 waiver was not the kind of waiver my wife needed because of the in-absentia deportation case. In the end, the waiver they approved for us was of no use to us, and the one we did need was denied because of Michell's negligence. Now my family of four is worse off than when we met Michell. I would give anything to go back in time and make the decision not to hire her. When we confronted Michell with the result of the case, she told us that nothing could be done and that we just had to reapply for the I-601A waiver and wait another 3 years. and that in fact, the I-212 waiver was not really what we needed, but that we had to do was file a petition with an immigration judge to reopen the case. She offered to reopen the case with the judge without any charge for the denial of the case. we decided not to continue with her, and she offered to return $6000 for "unused "fees. We paid a total of around $16000 for the whole process. we paid all this money for nothing, on the contrary, we paid Michell to damage our future in this way because our immigration situation has changed for the worse since we met Michell. I will send a formal complaint to the Florida attorney's office and The Florida Bar Association. I hope this review help some people to make the right decision of hiring Michell, because I wouldn't like this happening to another family. #################### in respond to your reply, Of course, the irreparable damage you caused us is emotional. You made us waste years waiting for something that never existed. It is understandable that you try to maintain a good reputation for your law firm. I think it is one, if not the most important aspect of your business. I understand that any professional can make a mistake. I am not saying that you are a bad lawyer, what is not understandable is that you try to excuse yourself and blame other situations for the failure of our case when you know that it was absolutely and solely your fault. The only thing you mention that is correct is that you returned us $6,000. But if you put in context that we paid you 6000 for an I-212 that we didn't need, that we paid you $6000 for an I-601A that was denied because you registered at the wrong time, that we paid you around $3000 for investigation of the case and that because of that you should have known which was the correct path to follow... and most importantly, the time wasted by your negligence, don't you think that "your compassion" "or good faith" as you mention it is not much? As I said before, I will be sending a formal complaint to the Florida Bar Association, with all the documentation we received from immigration. If they conclude that you were not at fault in the outcome of our case, I will gladly recall this review. But if they conclude that if you had acted differently, we would have received a positive outcome, I will also be putting that here. Do not wish peace to our family, because it was you who took it from us.
